“Went to Michael’s today while my husband was waiting for his tire repair at Bell Tire. It was raining/snowing and cold. We were looking for a neck lamp for reading/crafting, the gentleman in the framing department around five PM actually came around to help us locate it and checked under-stock and confirmed that not only was it completely out of stock at the location but all nearby ones as well. Excellent customer service. Once we got to the check-out, Jared was standing there and I politely asked if he was open to assist because I’d much prefer have a human interaction. Jared went above and beyond in double checking for any coupons before completing the transaction, which I completely didn’t expect. I don’t get the opportunity to shop at Michael’s much so I declined the offer to sign up for rewards after I had him check my phone number. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend this location.”
