Horrible customer service, horrible vehicle and bad experience! Vehicle was not available at reserved time. When vehicle became available an hour later, that vehicle had dents scratches, a cracked grill and other broken parts on front of vehicle. When I explained to the agent the damages on the vehicle were unacceptable in addition to being late, agent abruptly said he was voiding contract, leaving me stranded. He seemed to relish the power to abuse in the situation...unfortunate..

I wish there were more than 5 stars available to give to this location! This is the one and only place I will rent from. Mo and Millie will go far out of their way to be sure you have what you need. If it is in their control, they will make it happen, with a smile and with the highest efficiency in the industry.
I have had nothing but stellar experiences with them and loved every rental I've had with them.

One and only one Hertz car rental place I prefer is here. Welcoming guest service, Taking good care of customers, going above and beyond for all the needs. I will definitely recommend anyone to this place over other places

I recently had an incredible experience with Mo at Hertz Car Rental that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into their office, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service.
The process of renting a car was smooth and efficient. Mo at Hertz was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to help. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I got the perfect vehicle for my trip.
Speaking of the vehicle, it was fantastic! The car was in pristine condition, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the latest features. It provided a comfortable and enjoyable ride throughout my journey. The performance of the car was top-notch, making my travels smooth and stress-free.
Returning the car was just as hassle-free. The process was quick and straightforward, and the Mo continued to demonstrate excellent service right up to the end.
Overall, my experience with Mo at Hertz in Ann Arbor, was nothing short of amazing. Great customer service, a fantastic vehicle, and an all-around pleasant experience.

I rented a car from 5/3/24 to 5/11/24. I turned the Tahoe in on time, Saturday at 1pm. I called the office on Monday to confirm. Yet, they have charged me $133-134 per day, every single day, since turning the car in. The woman in the office said it was a hold, yet they keep charging daily—such a scam. They have taken an additional $936 from my account.

This location rocked. Millie and (sorry I forgot his name) were exceptional in their service. Now the 24 Volvo they gave me, as a hybrid, was a bit much…certainly not a hybrid I would ever by at 20 mpg! ? They did work to get me another hybrid, but my car repairs were done by then. Yes, I would definitely rent from them again. I did try the Livonia Hertz, but the reviews were awful and they never answered their phone or had an answering machine.

It was a good experience. I went here to rent a car quickly since I could not rent a right car at another place, and staffs were kindly helping me to find a good SUV car. Although it was a graduation season and there were not many cars left, they tried their best to find a proper SUV and I could finally get a SUV for my family's traveling. Thanks for their help!

Cars are not kept at the location; they're brought over from elsewhere. They had a lot of problems with mine and it took almost an hour to get it.
