My daughter had a horrible first experience here today. She got her birthday nails done and they look nothing like what she wanted. She was also not asked how long she wanted them or what shape. She's in tears with how badly they turned out. She said when she told the lady doing them that sh3 did not like them and they did not match the picture the woman just shook her head and continued about doing it her way. I will never go back again. Especially because my usual spot charges $60 for what she had done and this place charged $100. Absolutely horrible experience!!
Requested style: It was not followed at all!

I never get pedicures so I was excited to get one. I had never been to happy nails before. Right off the bat, I didn’t like that they told you to “sign in” by signing up to a loyalty program.
As for the pedicure: My massage chair was broken, so I asked to be moved to a different chair. They moved me, and the second chair was also broken. The controllers on both chairs were also super dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned on a regular basis. I just felt a bit grossed out. So- no massage during the pedicure, which is an important part of the experience for me. When I went over to dry my nails, the drying fan was also broken. Overall, seems like the owners just need to make some major equipment updates. Can’t say I’ll be back any time soon!

I’m very pleased with this place. I’ve been here a few times and always get me in right away (have enough staff) and they do a great job. Today I had a last minute request, less than an hour before their closing time for a full set and pedi. They got me in! And like always they did a fantastic job. I will be coming back here. Highly recommend!!

It was my FIRST and my LAST time going to this nail location. First off, I do not live in the area but approximately an hour away. I just so happen to be in the area for an appointment and figured "What better time than now to get a pedicure" being though they had JUST opened. I knew it was going downhill immediately when the pedicure water came out ice cold. Sign #1. Now, I'm no "pedicure expert" but one thing for sure and two for certain is that, I know that as a nail tech, one shouldn't just start pushing the cuticle back without first having the client to soak their feet. It went downhill from there. I am not sure if she was fresh out of training or what! Then she handed me a laminated price sheet with the pedicures. I opted for the basic $35 pedicure, can't go wrong with basic right? WRONG! Again, I'm no nail tech so when she pulled out this clear liquid to put on my toe nails, I thought "Oh this is fancy-okay!" Well little did I know, she took it upon HERSELF to give me a shellac pedicure which doubled the price and I didn't know that until I checked out. I asked, "Why is it so high?" She replied, "Shellac"--- Smack me in the face with a wooden spoon! I never NOT ONCE asked for that but...here it was, I was standing there in dismay after one, the horrible pedicure, then to have to pay double. Stick a FORK IN ME DONE! I felt like she pulled a slick one but me being the customer that I am, I STILL tipped her! That did not sit with me, so I got online and wrote my "Woman in America" email...thinking that the owner would respond-NOPE! I gave them 48 hrs to respond at that. After the 48 hrs, still nothing so I called. When I explained to the female that answered she asked, "What happened?' As I proceeded to explain she responded, "I do not speak English can you call back?" ***CRICKETS*** At this point, I was OVER it. I will chop it up as lost. Very UNhappy customer.

This place is ok. But Anthony isn’t good. He is very angry and argumentative. I would not recommend him nor this salon.

First Time here. I am very pleased with my pedicure done by Anthony. He did an exceptional job and was very detailed oriented. Anthony even helped me pick a beautiful Spring color that lifted my spirits. Definitely coming again.

I will not be back. Anthony is very unprofessional and unpleasant. I make an appointment and still I am waiting for 30 minutes. They are not good here

I tried 3 times to walk in for a pedicure. No one available. Ok. No problem. So I made an appointment. I arrived on time. I was told to sit in a pedicure chair to wait. 30 minutes later, I left. They apologized and said one of their workers called in sick. No one asked if I could wait. No one told me my tech was not there. Very unprofessional. I won’t be back.

I stopped in at happy nails several times to see if they had someone who could do a pedicure without an appointment. They could not. So I made an appointment. I got there right on time, they put me in the pedicure chair. They left me sitting there for 30 minutes. And then when I got up to leave, they said "Oh someone called in sick". When I arrived, they did not indicate that there would be a wait, they did not ask me if I had the time to wait. They just had me sit there. I had another appointment and could not wait any longer. What I cannot understand is why they made me wait if there was no one who could provide the service. Very frustrating and I will not be back.

This shop is okay. I’ve only went here like four times in the past 3 years because it’s super close to home. They always rush through my pedicures and barely scrub my feet, which is the entire point of a pedicure if you ask me. Their prices also fluctuates. Only a few nail techs do a good job, but they’re hardly available. Last Summer I got short ombré nails and was charged $95!!!! Hope this feedback helps!!
