We highly recommend Happy Hearts Pet Care- Kim and Lee did an excellent job taking care of our two shepherds! I felt like they truly got to know dogs (i.e one of our dogs has epilepsy and the other can be leash reactive). They have great communication and we especially enjoyed the pictures of our dogs on their walks! We will definitely use their help again!

We've had nothing but great service from Happy Hearts over the past year of using them. They give such caring service and have gone above and beyond. While we were away last week, we had some house-related issues after a snow storm and losing power, and they helped alert us so we could get people over to our house to fix. Their updates on our cats and house during our trip gave us peace of mind. We 100% recommend them!

We have been using Happy Hearts for a few years to take care of our lovely Russian Blue whenever we are on vacation. They are always attentive, and our cat love them. The most important thing is that the pet is happy and relaxed at home while you are taking the needed time off.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at Happy Hearts! I have a very anxious toy poodle, and she does NOT like to be away from us. IMMEDIATELY, she became attached to Kimi, Lee and Pamela, and is so excited to see them when they come to walk her. We have used Happy Hearts dog walking and pet care services when we have gone away, and are 100% + satisfied! I cannot recommend them more highly, they truly care about each and every pet in their care.

Lee, Alice and mason are the best cat sitters anyone could ask for. Always on time, and sending the best update photos in the world. I have an extremely anxious cat who won’t come out for other cat sitters but seems to love and trust this whole team. We couldn’t be more thankful to have found this company!

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Happy Hearts Pet Care. As their name implies, they truly CARE about your furry family member/s and, from what I can tell, they give our animal/s the same love and attention they'd give to their own.Let's face it, most of us can tell by how our animals behave when we come home from a vacation whether or not they were well attended to or not. They let us know if they're aggravated to have been left. Worse yet, they could have become sick while you were gone (as happened to one of our cats recently from a nonchalant pet "sitting" service). But with Happy Hearts, our cats are at ease, well-adjusted, and clean when we return.I'm grateful to be able to leave town with a sense of calm and confidence that our animals will be in good hands. The online scheduling and payment tools are super easy to use, too. And I love how they send pics of the cats during their visit/s—especially because the photos show us that the cats are looking and feeling good (no tails between the legs or ears pulled back).Thank you, Lee, for offering such exceptional service. And thank you Terri (out of Dexter) for your exceptional care of our furry family members. With you, I know we can actually take a vacation, worry-free. Fantastic, reliable and caring service. We receive the most wonderful notes and photos from each visit and staff are happy to do simple household tasks such as bringing in the mail and watering plants. Most highly recommended.

super reliable and great care for our cats - the truly go above and beyond in terms of caring for the cats (giving lots of play and affection, in addition to food/water/litter) and checking in on the house (taking trash out, adjusting heat level as requested, etc).

I can't recommend Happy Hearts highly enough - the wonderful staff are always so caring and attentive to our cats, and they are completely reliable and helpful about all the details when we are away. The portal also makes storing and updating information very easy.
