Hours: Hands Across The Water provides adoption services (infant, international, state ward), foster care services, parent education, non-coercive pregnancy counseling and mental health services. HATW is proud to part of the Michigan Federation for Children and Families, the National Council for Adoption, and to be Hague-accredited through the Council on Accreditation. HATW has been annually recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as a Leader in Supporting and Serving LGBTQ Families since 2011.
