They kept my 8 month old puppy (who is not crate trained) in a crate from 8:30-1:30 when they called us to come get him. They mentioned he did not do well in the cage but didn’t mention he had to go in a crate for 5 hours, or else we wouldn’t have brought him there. When the lady was giving us to him in the car, she yelled at him to “come” and then told us to go to another groomer because he was “throwing a fit” in the cage. He’s been to pet smart to be groomed before and they all said he did amazing, the only reason we switched is because he was older and needed more of a hair cut rather than a bath and brush. I wouldn’t recommend coming here

They take time to make our dogs look perfect. The dogs are excited to go there and always come home looking amazing!! Most other places we have taken our dogs are hit or miss. This place is always perfect. They take their time and get it right.

My little Shitzu, Sadie, has been groomed here since she was just six months old. Sadie is very anxious about being touched and is impossible for me to groom. The groomers at Groom ‘n Go are gentle but firm with her and do a beautiful job.

We have two standard poodles and are not great about having them groomed regularly. We brush them out the best we can and groom and go makes them gorgeous every time. The poodles always enjoy their visit to the salon.
