I showed up 30 minutes late for the three-hour appointment window they gave me to groom my 4.5-lb dog. The woman greeted me with “You’re late.” I apologized and tried to explain that the morning was especially frantic because of my wife’s work schedule, and she cut me off with “well this has happened before, what are we going to do to solve this issue?” I’m not used to being patronized so I just said I’d find another groomer and she replied “OK!” as I turned to walk out, never to return. “Maybe send an automated reminder the day before an appointment,” is what I wanted to say. People have funerals and other events in life to plan. Definitely would not recommend.

I wish they would require a record of updated immunizations from their clients. I loved the service there, but my dog caught kennel cough (Bordetella) two times.

My dog was left bleeding from all paws. Absolutely horrible service. After being yelled at because my dog peed outside, yes just peed. They treated my dog so badly. He is traumatized by what happened. How in world do you not only cute one nail to short, but all of them!! His actual paw was bleeding as well? I’m going to take further action!

I've been using the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital for my emergency veterinarian needs for many years now. My experience has always been fairly neutral, until my most recent visit, where I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service and financial practices of this organization. The care that we received was unspeakable during a time of crisis. When we brought the dog to AAAH/AAAHER for emergency for a requested GI surgery, as they have assisted us with resolving this issue in the past. AAAH/AAAHER continued to charge us for services and evaluations without informing us of their pre-existing knowledge that the surgery requested was not something that they were able to provide, and that he would need to be transported to a specialist to preform the surgery. At our scheduled pickup time to transport him to another hospital, AAAH/AAAHER was unreachable for over an hour at, further delaying the emergency care that he was expected to receive and leaving us without any understanding of what was happening and why no one was available to bring our sick dog outside to us. Upon picking up the dog, AAAH staff informed us that they were unable to send out X-Rays and that we would need to transport them in person, as their system had been down for some time. Alone, the issue with technology is not a problem, rather an inconvenience that we can all find ways to relate to. Earlier that day, however, AAAH/AAAHER made multiple attempts to charge me hundreds of dollars to send these exact X-rays electronically to a specialist for offsite review, without ever having the capability of doing so. I brought these concerns to the director of the facility and was met with complete opposition and disregard for my experience, and for the policies and practices of AAAH/AAAHER itself. I will not be returning to this animal hospital, and would encourage others to do the same. Their policies and practices are dishonest and their management is unwilling to challenge their own poor service, let alone those of their staff.

After almost a year in quarantine, my big newfie girl was in rough shape. We booked a date with Groom N Go and she has never looked better! She's an old gal, too and they were very careful and accommodating to her needs.

David and Lynn have groomed my dachshund for years and they have always done a beautiful job. They have treated my dog with kindness, gentleness and I always know he is in good hands with them. Most recently Sydney (who is new to Groom N Go) groomed my dog after he became very shaggy due to quarantine and she did a beautiful job. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Your animal will be treated well and groomed well by these lovely people.
