Worst Salon ever!!!!! They destroyed my hair! This place should be closed! I am so upset and they on top charged me to get my hair butchered! Please don’t go there if you care about ur hair!!! It’s feels like a nightmare!

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Got a trim on my hair, Pam was my stylist she was great: made polite conversation, was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I used the online check and was in-and-out, in approximately 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend.

That was the fastest haircut I've ever gotten, and I doubt it's a coincidence that it's also the worst. The only good part of her rushing through it was I didn't have to smell the cigarette smoke on her hands for longer.

Great clips in general is a risk when you’re expecting a haircut the way you want it, and expecting it not to be messed up. I recommend never going to any great clips with regards to just a general regular haircut. I feel they hire just anyone and have a high turnover rate. . As far as this specific location, money is clearly more important than the customer to the franchisee owners. I had a very odd experience today with a nice manager, Kathy, who walked outside to have a private conversation with one of the owners re: my return attempt. I followed her to keep her honest and her boss and the Corporation honest if I could. . Kathy said an owner Laura declined to honor my effort at receiving a return under their return guarantee. I had my receipt for 2 products but was sent away denied a fair and just outcome. I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the last few years, to what end? To be denied a simple refund for 2 unsatisfactory products I purchased and tried?.On a bigger note the owner Laura refused to let me get her email or any of her contact information telling Kathy that she would call me in a few days.
Edit: The owner did call. Nothing gained by me but a friendly chat.
