They wanted to charge around $260 for the back glass replacement of an iPhone XR... It wasn’t even apple certified materials.... I ended up going to Cellaxis in Briarwood mall where they only charged me $85.... Avoid any price gouging at all costs!

Helpful staff with convenient hours (open to 7 on weekdays. Shorter hours Saturday.) Reasonable prices and turnaround. It's the only place to take my older phone and laptop for repairs.

Absolute garbage service. My phone needed a new charging port, so I brought it in to get it fixed. The cost to replace the charger port was $80. When I got the phone back the charger port was fixed, but the microphone was broken, so I had to bring it back in again. To their credit, they acknowledged that they were responsible for the damage and offered to replace the phone for free with the same model, but I looked online and the cost of the new phone was only $50! So I paid $80 for a $50 phone, plus I had to make four trips to the store. Stay away.

Dan was very honest with me. He told me a main part of my operating system wasn't working and could not be repaired. He did not charge me for inspecting it. He helped me with my current phone in correcting my settings and restoring my apps. He was very knowledgable and very respectable to me. I would not hesitate to come here again.

They replaced a cracked screen on an iPad Mini, but used a cheap knock-off replacement part. The swiping and gestures never worked right again, and the screen eventually cracked into many sharp pieces. I’m glad it didn’t injure my children. Definitely not tempered glass. Total garbage company.

Dropped my Nokia off after work and picked it up the next day. I brought in my own replacement screen, so they only charged for labor. Very happy they repair more than iPhones.

Here is my story, I am a local firefighter whose phone was drenched in a recent fire and not working correctly. I took it there to see what they could do to salvage my phone. They told me it would have to have some chemical bath to repair the water damage and replace the screen. Desperate, I said go ahead. I picked up the phone and all seemed good except cloudiness in the camera and an inoperable home button, $150 was paid and out the door I go. Later that evening I found that neither microphone was working and returned to the store 2 days later because I was on duty at the fire station the day after they supposedly fixed it. I told them about the issue and they offered to re-evaluate it for a price. I informed them that this is why I paid them initially and they didn’t correct the problem. I asked for a refund of the chemical bath with seemed to do nothing and they again stated they could fix the problem for a price. I left the store and went to the apple store where they were nice enough to discount me the $150 I was screwed out of at this store. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They are liars and cheats.

I've been going to Genius for several years. From broken Ipods when my kids were little, to cracked iPhone screens now that they are in High School. I always get FAST, professional service with a great warranty. I highly recommend them!

My really old Galaxy S4 was DEAD. They diagnosed it, and replaced the faulty power button all for under $60, and it was back in my hands in under 24hrs. They even had to transport it to and from a different location where the soldering tech works. Very impressed.
