Gardner whites Mattress exchange policy states 10% handling fee which they misconstrue to be 10% of whatever you purchase, shipping and handling is different I think we all could agree? When I called out John segal he referred me to where it stated this information, when he kept giving me the run around because I made a good case for why it’s a joke, and absolutely misleading to where they benefit off of it. I finally asked to speak with his boss and said let’s resolve what’s going on, along with why I never got the promo 300$ in gift cards. Only to be ghosted by this bozo who isn’t man enough to say ya know what, no I’m gonna answer whatever you need and try to resolve the issue. Folks… these people make car salesmen look like Girl Scouts! These are the biggest slime ball salesmen you’ll have the pleasure of meeting. Don’t ever do business with Gardner white ! You’ll have more fun swallowing glass

The guys came to deliver my mattress. They were well within the window time to get upstairs even took it out the box for me that was it all about 15 minutes.

Barb greeted us right away. She answered the questions we had and she was not pushy but very informative. We found the chair and loveseat we wanted and the whole transaction was very nice.

We purchased a mattress at the Ann Arbor store and it was delivered the very next day.?, The sales rep was extremely helpful in assisting us with our purchase and delivery team arrived on time and setup was quick. I appreciate the status updates for delivery.

Rudy was amazing. I generally dislike going places with sales staff as I want to look at my own pace. Rudy introduced himself asked what we were looking for we explained. What we were looking for and he pointed me in the areas as I was contemplating three options for the space. He came and checked on me me when he saw me sit on various pieces but he let me walk and meander through the store while I looked at options. When I narrowed to two options, he was readily available to check delivery options for me and went over warranty, delivery and haul away options. He truly was a gem. Made getting new furniture a breeze.
