Be clear at scene of accidents on how you want pymt. So it could be clear. Was told they would bill me but stories change. Then was told they dont take bank cards that night, but office mgr takes cards over phone. They want cash to hide there money. Make sure to not use them cause drivers (owner tommy) has no resource nor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very kind and professional. Had a horrible experience trying to call Brewer's Towing so I was honestly really nervous to call Fox Towing. They were so incredibly helpful and patient with me. The man I spoke with really kept it short and sweet and was even concerned about how long Varsity Ford might take fixing my car so he gave me great advice to check the different dealerships' turn around time so that I wouldn't be stuck without my car for too long. They even charged me less than what I had been quoted at Brewers. Will absolutely use them again if we need someone. Highly recommend.

A great group of guys at Fox's. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process starting from Tom at dispatch to Anthony and Dominic during the towing. No frills towing company that's there to get your car where it needs to be at a great price.
