We just purchased a used car here. We would absolutely do so again. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly with absolutely no sales pressure. They detailed the car for us and somehow made a 6 year old car look brand new. After the sale, they followed up a few times just make sure we were still happy with the purchase (and we are).

Got a bunch of swirl marks and scratches on my brand new car after dealer applied zurich shield. Hoping that they will fix this or at least provide rebate for me to fix myself. Will update this post with outcome!

Recently leased a 2024 RDX through Fox Acura. Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with the help of my salesman Jeffrey Reichel. I was impressed with his responsiveness, helpfulness and patience. He was able to acquire the specific RDX I wanted in less than a week of me walking into the dealership. I traded in my 2018 Civic Si and was given a fair trade in value that I in turn used to finance the lease of my RDX. Jeff made it the easiest experience I've had at any dealership. Niko in financing (?) was also a treat to work with, very nice and efficient. Refreshing to experience buying/leasing a car without the pressure I've received at other dealers. Everyone I've encountered at this dealership was super nice and not pushy whatsoever. Amazing experience, customer service and wonderful product, definitely will be a return customer!! :)

I was cruising on Autotrader, looking to buy a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe for my family and me. Due to its price and mileage, it matched what I wanted. However, by the time I got there, an offer was on the table, and I didn’t get to see or test drive it. Mike, my sales rep, felt bad for me because he saw how much I favored this SUV. He mentioned, "If this vehicle becomes available again (which, in all my time here, has never happened) or if another 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe comes in, you are the first one I’m calling."
As I drove over an hour back home, I phoned my wife and told her, "We were so close, but it has been sold." I thought that was it—no need for tears—so I started looking again. A day or two later, I saw the vehicle was still listed... hmm. I called in, and it appeared the deal was closed or close to it. But wait! The following day, I got a call from Mike. He said, "You are not going to believe this, but the SUV you wanted is back on the market, and I thought of you. If you're still interested, it's here for you."
I brought the family out to Fox Ann Arbor Acura, and we met with Mike, who had it detailed, looking fresh and clean, waiting for us. Mike trusted my wife and me, who loaded our 4-year-old and 1-year-old daughters, with child seats, into the Santa Fe for a test drive (brave move). Driving through construction, I experienced the tech and safety features that were new to me but intuitive to navigate (we loved it). As we returned, our minds were made up, and we decided to buy.
We met with Nico, the Financial Manager, and began to see why they are successful with their customers. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and never created a pressure situation. Even though I did outside financing with Christian Financial, this wasn’t a problem. I brought up extended warranties, since it is a used car, to see what they had. I expected to be hit with a high-priced, short-term policy that covered almost nothing, but I was pleasantly surprised by the low price, the longevity of the service plan, and a simple, short list of what is not covered. Everything else was covered with no deductible under the Zurich VSC, which made me feel more confident about my family’s purchase.
My family and I left the dealership that Saturday for a much-needed visit to a friend nearby in Ann Arbor, whose 3-month-old is in ICU (prayers). Monday rolled around, and I got the info over to my credit union and picked up the check the next day. However, I forgot one important part: the down payment. I drove out to Fox Ann Arbor Acura late Tuesday afternoon to trade in an extremely high-mileage Nissan. By the end of the day, I had my check from the credit union, my trade-in, and my down payment "in my bank account." Unfortunately, I forgot to get cash or a check for the down payment, which was totally my fault. With the banks closed and unable to swipe my card for the down payment, I was pretty dejected, kicking myself because I thought it was a done deal.
Then Mike, who knew I was on empty with the trade-in, said, "I know you’ve come a long way. We want to help you." As a kind gesture, he filled up my trade-in so I could get back home. I explained to my wife (why our new car looked exactly like our old car) that Wednesday I would get out to Ann Arbor early to complete the process. I was there at the bank’s opening time, got the funds, went down the street to Fox Ann Arbor Acura, and finally sealed the deal. I drove back in time to get to work with my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe.
I appreciate the efforts of everyone who helped (John included), but the team of Nico and Mike were the Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen that made my buying experience outstanding. Thanks again, guys. And Nico, congratulations on your sister’s first child!

Had some warranty service done at the Acura dealership. Mike was fantastic and extremely helpful, communicative, and was able to work within some unusual constraints on my availability. Mechanical work was transparent, done well, and exceeded my expectations on a timeline.

Top notch service. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. This isn't my local dealership but it was worth the trip. Acura of Troy damaged my vehicle and blamed it on me. Ann Arbor Acura was able to check their work and get my car back to how it should have been. The service department is very courteous and thorough with them inspections. I highly recommend.
