Great customer service. The lady who helped us was great and patient with my extremely narrow feet and kept pulling shoes for me to try until I found two pair that I liked. She put extra holes in the straps for me on the spot which I was very thankful for. We'll be back when we need another pair and we'll recommend to family and friends.

Terrible customer service. The employee made a mistake processing a return and wanted us to eat the cost and figure out a way to fix the problem. Would not recommend buying a gift here.

Just got two pairs of Birkies back from 4thAve, what a great job! The resolve on my Mayari looks excellent and the remanufacture of my old beat down Como’s turned out beautifully. They are a new pair of sandals again. Many thanks to Gene and all the wonderful folks at 4th Avenue Birkenstock!

Wow, i had the footbed on my birks replaced as the cork was cracking (just kept the straps) and I now have a great pair of brand new looking sandals! This is amazing!! Thank you 4th Ave Birkenstock!!
