We love this Fjällräven store! The staff at the Ann Arbor location are always helpful and pleasant. Today I stopped by to pick up accessories for a new kanken backpack I’d bought on a third party site - the sales associate spotted that it was a FAKE and helped me report it and replace it with a real kanken bag. She also went above and beyond searching through inventory to find me the colors of accessories that I wanted. We stop by every few months and are very glad to have this local store, and grateful for the kind employees who work there.

You just can’t beat the quality of Fjällräven products, so the pleasant, helpful staff was the cherry on top. Great store, highly recommend stopping by and taking a look at their products and talking with the staff :)

Cutest outlet with great selection of high quality gear and clothing. The staff is friendly and helpful without being in your face while you shop! They also have a nice sale section in the back with great deals and a variety of items. Highly recommend stopping by.

Such an amazing store. Emily helped me pick out the perfect winter coat. She was extremely kind & knowledgeable on all the products and was such a great help.The selection in the store was also incredible. Chances are if you don’t see your size on the floor they have it in stock in the back room. Was really impressed. I will definitely be visiting this store much more often. Highly recommend!

I found out about this brand about a year ago and it was because of this store’s location. I love shopping here and go as often as I can! The staff is friendly, helpful, and full of insight. The products are made with some of the highest quality materials I have ever seen! And all products come with a lifetime guarantee to replace seams. They have everything you could ever want or need for an outdoor adventure, from day hiking wear to high elevation backpacking gear. Not only is the gear of great quality, they are also sustainable too as some, if not most, of their products are made with recycled materials. Would definitely recommend getting a majority of your outdoor gear from this place and any other fjallraven store!

Absolutely love Fjallraven! Everything is super high quality…. Only issue is that you’ll want more! Also, the staff at the Ann Arbor store is amazing, especially Natasha. She is so knowledgeable about the product line and has an extensive understanding of the materials and everything! So impressive! Fjallraven is so lucky to have her! IMO, Natasha is such a critical part of the Ann Arbor store, she embodies Fjallraven so perfectly.

Natasha is great! I was trying to place an order over the phone for a jacket that I could not find online, and I was having a very hard time, but as soon as Natasha started helping me all my troubles went away. She was quick and precise and did not leave me hanging. Natasha gets five starts and the store gets three.

Recently treated myself to a few goodies from here on my birthday. I was not very familiar with the history of the brand or the reason people love this stuff, but the staff made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. I was being helped by a nice lady who spoke with a European accent. So informative! Top notch experience! I will definitely come back!
