Ferne is an absolute godsend for a fashion disaster such as myself. Laura does an excellent job sourcing both age and size inclusive well-priced quality items that are both trending and timeless. Her personal styling sessions are SO fun, Ferne has you covered for every event from lazy Sunday coffee dates to extravagant galas and everything in between.

I don’t have enough positive words to share about this store! We stopped in on our trip to Ann Arbor. The staff member (I am assuming the owner) was an absolute delight and the clothes were adorable! Amazing prices for super fashionable clothing. I will DEFINITELY be back if I return to Ann Arbor in the future.

Amazing store with great employees and positive and supportive vibes! The clothes are clearly picked with trending fashion styles in mind and cater to no one body type alike. This all inclusive sizing makes me as a customer realize how much the owner cares about not only their customers, but women in general. Hope to see it continuing to thrive!

Ordered an overpriced DETROIT crewneck for it to arrive and be less appealing in person than online. Attempted to return the item to the brick and mortar store, to be told they do not accept returns unless it was purchased in that specific store. I then had to pay return shipping after having initially paid the original shipping- seems like a very bizarre and dated practice.

I’ve shopped at Ferne and would have recommended it before today. My husband purchased 2 dresses for me for Mother’s Day. One fit and the other one didn’t. I went to return it today and was 3 days over the 14- day return policy. I explained it was my first chance I’ve been able to get there, didn’t realize there was a 14-day policy, and was only looking to purchase something in place of it. Unfortunately, she still wouldn’t let me return it. I like to support small businesses but won’t be supporting Ferne any longer.
