I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I came in around 1pm on a weekday. The store was practically empty and I had a simple request. The woman who helped me process my eBay return was quick and friendly.

Very rude and unhelpful girl working yesterday when I went in to try to print. I was the only customer in there and she had zero interest in helping me. I had to pry the little information I got from her. But attitude and sarcasm were plentiful.I was in a rush and she couldn’t be bothered to get up from her seat or even respond to me at one point. I was in a hurry, was being very polite - asked her to please help bc I had an important appointment but it had no effect. I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else where I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

I had a shipping problem. Calvin Trager was very helpful. He spent at least two hours to locate my packages. I really appreciate FeDex for their great customer service.

They delivered an opened box to Samsung trade-in partner Hiya Mobile. The box was well packaged and there is no way for it to open during transit unless someone intentionally opened it. Now, I do not trust both FedEx and Hiya Mobile. Why did Hiya Mobile accept an open box? Why did FedEx deliver an empty box?

They close randomly during the day and put a sign on the door that says “Be back in ten minutes” which is not professional or courteous towards customers and their time. Very disappointing.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After asking me to call my company to ask for another shipping label I lost my place in line and when I came back I found a screw and headphones from my stuff to be shipped on the ground. They unpackaged my monitors (hence the loose screws and started finding my possessions left around their work area. I then repackaged my monitor (don’t worry I had plenty of time) helped them find everything, got told I could go, stuck around to make sure they knew what was going where (they didn’t) was told I could leave again only to be stopped and asked to pay ? what a whirlwind of an experience. 10/10 would not recommend

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I rushed in here to get some important health documents I desperately needed printed asap before a major surgery. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and made sure to get my prints completed before the store closed. I'm touched by and thankful for the service I received here during such a stressful week.

I've had the occasion recently to have color printing on cardstock done. I've interreacted with a lot of different staff members. To the letter, all of them know their stuff when it comes to printing and are very courteous and helpful. I even had trouble today figuring out the self-service printing, and they politely pointed out my bone-headed mistake (my words, not theirs.) Do not hesitate to use this office for all of your printing needs.
