Sean in customer service sent me a new truck bed cover under warranty, at no cost to me, after 8 1/2 years of use. Of course I had all the required documentation. I highly recommend their products. Very impressed with the customer service!

This is from a semi-truck delivery: parked there the night before, woke up and walked in. 15 minutes later I was headed to Indiana for reload. Great experience!

Absolute horror story! First, the cover sags with a little rain. Second, it does not make a good seal, even with weather stripping installed, bed is soaking wet. Last, trying to get a replacement is even more of a horror show! "Please email pictures", "sorry, I never received the emails", to please send pics"! They honestly have no desire to help whatsoever! They will bend over backwards NOT to help! Stay away, stay VERY fat away.

I had my cover blow loose on the highway in high winds. They got me a new one within the week under warranty. Super easy process. I'll never look at another brand. Great job guys.

Won't hire over the pettiest of things. A fools choice I am a great worker I just wanted their nice schedule. I found other jobs but am dissatisfied with the schedule!!!

I didn’t get all the parts, I was missing the brackets and screws to hold the cover down so I had to buy some brackets and rig them to work. It took a week for customer support to respond to me. It leaks like crazy at the tailgate because I don’t have the foam seals that I thought should have come with it, but now have been told it doesn’t although the directions say otherwise. There has to be company’s selling covers with better customer service than them.

Had a fraudulent charge on my credit card by this company. Called them and basically nothing happened. Charge went through, have to replace credit card. Big hassle. I would not do business with this company.

Bought a trifecta cover for my 22 f150. It's too short for the box. Called the 800 number and guy says they engineered the cover to fit in the box, not on it like previous covers. Seriously? Had these covers on 2 other trucks and loved them. Not anymore!

Don't buy this product. The lifetime warranty is a lie. My cover didn't last 4 years. The seam in the railing broke apart. I don't have the original receipt . They won't warranty it. Buyer beware.

Tonneau cover arrived missing parts. Instructions say to call manufacturer but the manufacturer is only open bankers' hours. Sending this garbage back to the dealer. I paid for expedited shipping so that I could have this installed before a trip we're taking Monday. Thanks to Extang's incompetence we'll have our luggage wrapped in garbage bags for the trip I guess.

I don't recommend working for/or doing business with a "company" that has a looong history of arbitrarily "firing" people that "tHeY" do not "like." yOu can be working your regular shift...then "Out-Of-The-Blue" H.R., (or whomever in "management";-) will come & "get yOu" on a "bold-faced" lie & yOu end up in the hospital or jail or somewhere unpleasant. Happened To Me...3 Or 4 Times. No Union Representation(.)
