After a very long and unsuccessful search for a new sofa and loveseat, I decided to stop by Ethan Allen in hopes of finding replacements for my worn ones. I was pleasantly greeted by Dana McGrath. I told her how frustrating my search had been. Other furniture stores and designers just didn't get what I was looking for, color, style, and overall comfort. I explained I was looking for sofas with burgundy because my home has lots of that particular color. She understood and showed me a fabric with a coordinating pillow that I immediately loved. Dana gave me several style options (knowing I'm more traditional). She even came to my home to discuss the differences in the styles and measurements. I made the decision to proceed and my new sofa and loveseat were delivered a few weeks ago. Dana came to my home to see them and delivered a pillow that I'd also ordered with her help. I'm thrilled with them and am so grateful to Dana. I have told several of my friends to ask for Dana when they want great professional help.

So many thanks to Dana McGrath at EthanAllenAnnArbor for pointing us in the right direction for our new blinds, ensuring the Hunter Douglas Duettes are eligible for the federal energy savings tax credits, and being on hand to supervise the install. That she brought over the *perfect* new rug option at the same time makes me value her eye and her experience even more.

Working with Dana was such a wonderful experience! She understood our redesigning goals and style desired and offered beautiful options to work with, from room design, furniture style and materials, fabric colors and textures to make the project planning successful. She was very patient and collaborative. I admire that my needs for style and functionality were harmonized beautifully. Ethan Allen offers beautiful furniture….Very excited and looking forward to the completion of the project.Thank you so much Dana! It makes all the difference. ?

After downsizing to a much smaller home, we went through the process of "making sense" of each room, keeping some of our old furniture and decor (mostly Ethan Allen) and adding new pieces where needed. We also added window treatments throughout, as our new home had none. Marissa Teschner was invaluable!! Her sense of style, product knowledge, and patience were just what we needed. We highly recommend her for projects both large and small!!

Poor poor poor communication!! The designer measured wrong and things did not fit like the picture rendering!! Quality of furniture was good , except the TV console, as the seems do not go together seamlessly. I expected better from Ethan Allen , especially for the price . The designer said he was coming out to give me the last of my pillows, and to inspect everything.Only to get a email from the store manager, Rene of when are you coming to get your pillows, She said the designer had a change of plans!! Really . Once again no phone call of communication. Did not like that piece by piece things came in, and speciality pieces you only have so long to return. Without everything there you can’t see if it all goes together.

I began to shop with Ethan Allen in 2000. since then I've had my living room/dining room, den, three of my four bedrooms, my family room which Renee at Ann Arbor is updating. I've had a seemless experience working with Renee and my sister is also a long standing client. I highly recommend this talented designer and the quality products you'll find at Ethan Allen.0

Drew and the staff at Ethan Allen have been exceptional. I recently purchased a condo which needed a floor plan design. Drew gave us several options and presented them in a way that made it easy to visualized the space. We chose several pieces and the condo is coming together nicely.We also had an issue with the dining room table upon delivery and Ethan Allen Service Dept took care of it promptly.So thankful for their professionalism and expertise!

I needed a living room chair with certain features and Marissa Teschner was extremely helpful in identifying exactly what I needed. She's an excellent design consultant and I would recommend her to anyone seeking expert advice for beauty and comfort in their homes.

After 40 years as a customer I am now very disappointed in the quality of their products. The cushions on 2 sofas are poorly made and chair cushions do not fit properly. Ethan Allen service person used a steamer to correct the problem which was only a short term fix. I will no longer purchase furniture from the Ann Arbor location. So beware of quality issues.

We are so happy we met Drew Weigandt when we were ready to create our new room , decided to refresh our TV room , getting rid of all the old stuff. Drew came to our home and really spent time getting to know what we like , how we live in this house , why this TV room was important to us and needed a big makeover . He came up with a perfect plan , using his design skills to properly balance sizes of furniture, lighting with unique details of our walls,ceiling, windows and balancing beautiful design with functional seating, matching our desire to keep tv watching the focus of this room . We are beyond thrilled , and want to give a big thanks to Drew .

Renee helped me put a new living room all together in just a couple hours. She listened, pulled fabrics, made suggestions and we have a beautiful end result. We have used Ethan Allen for all our furniture needs for years with great success. We’ve even passed our furniture on to friends when moving or our design tastes changed and it’s still all holding up in our friends homes. Renee worked with me on paint color suggestions and would have done much more had we been in the same town or state, but did all this work with a friend while on vacation! Our furniture came in 4 months which, given supply chain issues, was not bad at all. The delivery people were professional, arrived on time and set everything up perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with our new furniture and feel like we are in a brand new house.
