I only gave 1 star because I had to check a star.I have rental insurance through USAA. I’m a Veteran working with Veterans. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and required a rental. I have rental insurance, not an issue. I have rented through Enterprise before, never had an issue. In fact, my last rental was in February 2023.This time, at this branch, I was told I had to give a second contact number. I don’t have one. I’m not married, no siblings, no family here other than my kids. I was told I HAD to give a second number. It could be work, a colleague, family, anyone. I said I refused to give my kids number out and what sort of emergency would reqmployee and asst a rental company to contact me? He couldn’t answer. I do not have a direct line for work and am uncomfortable providing a friend or co- workers number. I offered and my adjuster offered his personal number to both the employee and the assistant manager. We were told no that it has to be someone who can directly contact me. The adjuster explained that he could. The asst manager refused saying they couldn’t take that number. I asked why - no reason. I asked if the policy said that. He wouldn’t answer. Then I gave a random number. He said no. I asked if they verified other people’s secondary contact info. He said no. Then I gave a legit number and the employee refused saying because I gave a random number before he wouldn’t accept it since I had said I was uncomfortable giving a number. After sitting here for 2 hours, missing work which means not being able to assist other Veterans - which I explained, I finally got to talk to the manager. I proceeded to explain what happened- she accused me of interrupting her when I was the one explaining the issues. Then she refused to rent to me.Neither my adjuster nor the Enterprise Call Center ever experienced a refusal to rent like this. While I was there, they didn’t ask anyone else for a second contact number.I am now waiting on transportation to a different location. I’m disgusted. This is no way to treat customers, let alone Veterans.I am filing a formal complaint against this branch and hope Enterprise takes this situation seriously. I also hope USAA reconsiders working with this branch.I’ve now missed half a day of work/pay and at this rate it will be even longer, beside the financial impact, unnecessary stress, other Veterans have been impacted because I’m stranded without a car.

Tre and the people here are the BEST!!!! They absolutely listened to my needs and got me the perfect car which I really needed; the process was super easy, quick, efficient and so smooth. I really appreciate it!!! I’m definitely only coming back here from next time. The selection of vehicles was pretty good, but really what stands out most is- the service is unparalleled and the cars are extremely well-maintained!

Modest building but well working, professional staff. Did everything right, looked over the car with me, and were easy to work with when I had to turn my car in early.

The employees at the at the office were extremely friendly and helpful. Renewal of the vehicle was easy as well.

My car had to have repairs. The first car they brought me was a big, expensive SUV. They never asked me what I wanted, just showed up with. I had an appointment I had to make so I took the car but brought it back the next day to trade for something much smaller and cheaper because it was going to take at least 2 wks to get my car fixed. The wait was over an hour. They are very understaffed at this location and there seemed to be a bit of confusion. Eventually I was given a Kia. The car was fine, but it ended up costing me $700. Seems there should be a discount when one must have a car that long. I told them how long it was going to be and the date I would bring the car back but they kept calling me to ask when it was coming back. Irritating. Finally, when I tried to get in touch with them to tell them I was bringing it back, no one ever answered the phone the first two times I called. The third time I was automatically put on hold for 20 min before someone could answer. The person I dealt with was a very nice man but that doesn't make up for all the inconvenience and long wait times. I hope I never have to do this again but if I do I will choose a brand other than Enterprise.

They treat you right. Wish they were located at the car rental facility or had a direct airport/fox transport in Vegas. But the price is always right, nice clean cars and friendly service. Can't ask for more.

the customer service was awesome very nice and understanding. They were out of vehicles, and they went above and beyond to locate a vehicle from another location and had it brought right to me to rent. The service was fast, simple and easy

Fantastic customer service is what you can expect from every single person at this Enterprise. I needed two long term rentals and they worked with me to get the best vehicles possible within my budget. They make everything as seamless as possible, highly recommend!

We had a great costumer service experience at this location. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the car smelled so bad/strongly of cleaners and maybe musty smoke or other issue? It clung to our hair/clothes and basically put a damper on our long hours in the car.... The inside windshield also really needed a cleaning.
