Excellent store. A great place for the big or tall man to shop if he wants to look sharp. After wasting my time at the mall, I came here and found exactly what I needed. The lady that helped me was great and knew her business. The store was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back.

Nicole is a Rock Star. Super friendly and helpful finding me a few T-shirt’s. Although, you need need to stock more tank tops with flamingos. She’s with me on this! Love that store, I’ll be back!

Customer service here is terrible, they made me like I was annoying them when I asked for help. I order my stuff online now because this has happened everytime I’ve shopped here. Clothes cost way too much for the employees to treat customers the way they do.

Associate I delt with needed way more training before being left to run the store on her own. I was the only customer inside, I told her I had trouble finding a certain size and color several different times and she couldnt care less to help me find what I needed. She then asked me what I was doing there with attitude after searching the racks for about 15min, I assume because I don't fit in big and tall clothes as I was there shopping for for my son. I also asked her if she could tell me what size a 3xl shirt is equivalent to and she did not know and began telling me sleeve sizes for some reason. When I told her that was incorrect she told me, with attitude , that the person I was shopping for should be in the store themselves, I told her that wasn't possible as he was disabled.The After spending about 400 dollars there she made me feel more awkward by telling me over n over how she's giving me the hangers when she isn't supposed to be. What? Made way too many comments on the situation because I was taking 3 hangers home.
