Jacob is amazing; he is knowledgeable, personable and he always goes above and beyond. Recently I had to have my car towed after Toyota was already closed for the evening. The driver dropped it off in the service area; before I even had a chance to call in the morning, Jacob had already looked up my car information and gave me a call to start working on it. Everyone there is helpful and courteous and despite being a busy location. They all work quickly and efficiently to fix whatever car issues you have. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Toyota of Ann Arbor was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the whole process. We came from Escanaba Michigan to buy a vehicle, our salesman Kyle Taylor picked us up from the airport in a snow storm! Once at the dealer Zack Johnson came to check on us and make sure everything was going smoothly. Our document signing went fast and efficiently with Tony Khalil, he explained all of our options and was never pushy. Our experience was top notch, we were treated very well and even got a great recommendation for lunch before making the long journey home! We would definitely use Toyota of Ann Arbor in the future ?

I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Ann Arbor!! They fit me with the perfect vehicle and at a great price! Only thing I will say is it takes a bit of time at the dealership, I wanted the car day off and was in the dealership for about 5/6 hours. Other than that everything was perfect!

Had the vehicle I wanted as well as a great selection of used 4runners. Made a fair deal and were accommodating to my requests. I left happy and satisfied with the deal I recieved and they also agreed to deliver the vehicle an hour away since the deal couldn't be completed prior to close of business. Would come back again if my 4runner actually dies.

My first time buying a vehicle virtually, and I was blessed to have opportunity to work with Grant in purchasing the car. Not only did he provide detailed records on the car, but dug it out from 12 inches of snow to take pictures, drove it to a 3rd party mechanic to have it inspected and was very straight dealing me as we negotiated pricing. Unfortunately the sale manager did not see eye to eye and the deal was not meant to be. It would have been the perfect ending to my day to buy a car from Grant - as he more than deserved the sale!! Please do give Grant your service - as his is one sale behind.

I was extremely impressed by this dealership. I spoke with Tyler shortly after they got this truck on trade in and he kept me updated as they got it ready for sale and provided me with everything from their inspection reports to their parts list. We were able to work out a price and they had it ready for me. This has honestly been my best experience with a dealership and I will gladly work with them on any future vehicle purchases.

Vanessa was awesome! Very knowledgeable! Highly Recommend! She was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. She also stayed in touch and reached out and kept us well informed and along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her!

Amazing people at this dealership! I do not often post reviews, so when I do they mean something! First of all, I have never had the door opened for me as much as I did during my four hours spent buying a used car. Every time I went in or out, a Toyota employee made it a point to open the door. Classy!Shout out to Kyle- he sold me the car and was nothing but fair. Not at all pushy, but did his job as a salesperson! He treated my 23 month old with dignity and came through with a little Toyota football to occupy him. Brilliant!Second shout out to Tony- he spent over an hour helping me sort out insurance issues on the phone with Progressive. He hooked the baby up with some paper and markers. And when I thought I lost my debit card, he immediately went on the hunt for it!!I will return here in the future simply based on today’s interaction- that is how great it was! Honest.

Beware and look carefully at the numbers. They add on over 2500 dollars warranty that they will say can't be removed. I agreed to the price of the car and my trade then when I questioned "accessories ". I was told this is the mandatory warranty. He removed all but 500 dollars that was for LoJack ( which I will never use) and nitrogen tires. Then decreased the trade in to make up for it. I was ok with that. Where it got annoying was they told us to go to dinner then come back to finish paperwork. ( I drove one car and was ok with the price.) Pretty easy sale. Well it took a total of 4 hours. ( 1 hour of the finance guy trying to sell the warranty again making it sound like something different!!!!) This time for more money. I told him I will take my chances. Hard to decide how many stars to give. I'm giving 2 because should have been easy sale since I had the car picked out before arriving. They made it grueling experience where I had to say no several times

Overall great experience with buying a vehicle at Toyota of Ann Arbor. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hunter was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.Only negative was the entire buying process took about 5 hours. We had an appointment at 4:30. Didn’t get started until closer till 5pm (they provided us with coffee/water and we were able to check out the vehicle we were interested in). After agreeing to buy the vehicle we had to wait an hour to talk with financing.In the end, we were happy with the buying experience there and will consider buying from there in future.

Jeff was the absolutely best!! Everyone was here was so nice and helpful. Jeremy was quick with the paper signing and had me outta of his office in no time. Most dealerships just want your money but here they actually care about Your wants and needs. ? Highly recommend coming here to buy a new, or used car!

Walked in ready to purchase a $75000 truck after an hour drive to get there, as soon as I start talking to Hunter (sales person) I was told that i have to pay $5000 over MSRP as a markup, when I refused he talked to the sales manager and came up with that I have to buy a $2500 protection plan (I have no use for) or find a different place to buy a truck from

I would leave them 0 stars if I could. 11/2/2023 I inquired about a Land Rover Range Rover at Ann Arbor Toyota. The sales person that I was dealing with name is Cameron and Zackery. According to Cameron and Zackery the Range Rover was in stock. I requested for my credit to be ran through Toyota Finance. I informed Cameron and Zackery not to run my credit through other banks. I was approved through Toyota for financing. Zackery called with the approval and said that he could get a lower rate. I waited to hear back from Zackery and the Finance department but I didn't receive a call back. I called and I was told that the finance department and sales staff was gone for the day. I started receiving credit alerts stating that I had inquiries from other banks. I called and spoke with Zackery 11/3/2023 at 11:22am after calling 4 times. He told me that the truck was sold last night to an auction dealer and that the inquiries on my credit would fall from my credit. He had no sense of remorse. He didn't apologize for his actions. He was total jerk and wouldn't take accountability for the misinformation. Zackery stated that his GM could easily find another Range Rover. I read reviews after and learned that this is a common practice for this dealership. They advertise cars that's not in stock, process a credit app and once approved they inform you that the vehicle is no longer in stock. They then try to sale the customer another car. I have full blown anxiety from this situation. My credit score is lowered and may hinder me from getting financed with another bank. I would like to file fraud charges against this dealership for false advertisement and unfair practice. Toyota should be ashamed to have this dealership operating under it's franchise.

This dealership is fabulous. Their follow up after the sale is excellent. Even 15 months later, they are still monitoring the health reports my car is sending. They called me to give an update on the report. That is paying attention to details.Service staff is courteous and friendly, promptly took care of my needs and washed my car!Grant my sale person, remembered me and took some of his valuable time to make sure I am still happy with my car. Excellent customer service.
