If I could give a lower rating I would. We purchased a used WRX from this dealership less than a year ago. Since that time we have had many issues. In their rush to try and sell the car, they missed several huge issues on the inspection- rusted brakes and rotators, issues with the axel as well as some yet undiscovered issue that is making the tires wear unevenly on AWD vehicle. They rushed the inspection so much the inspector left their vape in the car. When I contacted the manager at the time of purchase, for this concern, we never received any communication back. That should’ve raised red flags right there.
We drove the car for less than 4k miles. This is not what I expected from a “top rated” dealership nor from a “top rated” car company.

I’ve taken my WRX to Subaru of Ann Arbor for standard maintenance and have always been happy. Matthew is a great advisor and keeps me updated when my car will be ready and any other recommendations.

I Meant to call Toyota next door but Subaru Service seemed happy to help with my questions. Aaron in service let me know with the ownership change they are remodeling, and they also service all models now. Few years back I remember being turned away.. so that is a nice change.
