Dominos failed to send me my W-2s and I want to have a conversation with somebody above a GM or store manager because they didn’t help me when I talk to them in person. Dominos is a very terrible pizza company. They even say it in their commercials and they don’t help their employees just look on Reddit, their customer service line and human resource line. Send you to a robot or email service that completely brushes off anybody that tries to get in contact with actual human

This Place is Horrible for Following Up On Complaints About a Lexington KY Location on Tiverton Dr, It's Been 2 Weeks All I Get is Automated Emails Should Fire All of Them and Start Over, Lexington is Like Ann Arbor Plenty of Pizza Options Shop Around People !!!!!!!!!

Can't even talk to someone about an experience at a store the local store in Flint.I waited for over an hour in the store for a pizza that said it was going to be 21 minutes. There was one employee he had only been they are two months.He was the assistant manager and he was the only employee in the store working. He had two delivery drivers that were out driving but there was no one else in the store helping him.The phone was ringing non-stop.He told me that the manager and five other employees were supposed to be there at 5:00 p.m. at 5:30. He was calling them and they were ignoring his calls. No one showed up to help this kidI watched three pizzas, two of which were mine fall off of the oven because he didn't have time to go get them and cut them and put them in boxes because he was steady making orders so he had to remake three different pizzas and like I said two of them were mineI called customer service here and the recording will not let you talk to any person at all. It tells you to call the stores managerWhich I did not want to talk to the manager because he was the one that did not come in and bring the other employees to help this kid out and I ended up spending an hour and 15 minutes waiting on my two pizzas. Did not get any bonuses.Did not get any comps. Nothing not even a drinkI'm fully disabled and use a walker to walk. It hurts me to sit on my walker or in a chair and I had to sit there in this store for over 45 minutes because I had waited in my car long enough and was wondering what was going onMy wife put an email into customer service. They never bothered to call me. Never did anything about it and never took care of anything at allQuit going to Domino's during covid because during the height of covid there were eight people in the store, none of which were wearing masksThe girl behind the counter gave somebody a pizza. The guy walked out to his car and opened the pizza. Brought it back inside because it was the wrong one. It was mine. She went behind the counter and tried to hand me that pizza during the major height of covidI told her to remake that pizza and that was the last time I had went in there for over a year and a halfI recently gave them another shot and this is the shot that I gave them will not go to the Domino's on Pierson road in Flint anymoreDomino's corporate is a joke. They do not care about the customers and don't want to help

ried to file a complaint. No answer. Dec 16 2023 a dominos pizza driver almost hit my vehicle. 2500 no hwy 67 florrisant mo.I went in and confronted the driver and manager. The manager said nothing. The driver asked me " is that why you came in here? The manager said nothing. I told them both that this driver will eventually kill someone! Not a good experience at all. A customer service person called me and said a district manager would call. No call as of 1 / 4/ 2024.

So upset. I used the Domino's app to order because I had points to use. My order never reached the store however they charged my card 4 times and drained my account. I called the store to explain and the manager told me that it's happened before there's nothing she can do and that I have to wait for the money to go back into my account. She wouldn't give me my order either so not only did I loose all my money I didn't get my dinner I paid for either. ????? Never going there again!This was the Dominos in Kent on water street.

Trying to get a resolution in my order issue is like pulling teeth. I wish a human would at least acknowledge my complaint filed and help me!

I've never heard of a large corporation having no customer service dept. Our local location is beyond bad and seems Dominos doesn't care. I guess they will eventually when people stop ordering from them.

Sad excuse for a pizza company!!! Took 2 hours to receive a delivery here in bowling green Kentucky today!!! Then they charged my patient who is elderly n disabled full price n 4.99 delivery fee!!! Unacceptable!!!! The driver was apologetic tho but the staff was very untrained!!!

The last three times I've ate from your store my pizza has come burnt I got a cheese sauce to dip my stuff in and it was burnt to the foil you need to talk to them employees because if not I will not buy pizza from your store
