“This is my absolutely favorite store in Ann Arbor. Note: There is a new owner and new location off Jackson Road. You will save the environment and money by buying in bulk. They offer environmentally friendly bulk items like shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and dish liquid. They have other items like dog poo bags, perfume, towels etc. I have stop buying regular soaps etc because I love the environment and saving money.”

“Tons of cute clothing, don't forget about the 2nd floor. Everything is very expensive but if you're looking for that 1 thing no one has and you want to look great...go there. Someone was playing the piano very well, made it all seem so classy. The ladies love to help you find what you're looking for. Very friendly.”
“Their store is nice, quality items yet overpriced. When they have a good sale it's worth it. I really like shopping upstairs at the Franklin Park mall Macy's because I find rare treasures I can afford there. Even if it's a hunt the price can be right.”

“Love all the goods..A bit cluttered and congested so much I had to squeeze down every isle.. I did find a nice rug and candle. If u have sensory sensitivity the bright lights clutteredness will be a small challenge but I may go back of I need a gift or house accessory.”
“I absolutely love the Target on Waters Road. It's a straight forward, one-stop shop. Endless choices, always fresh and well-stocked, always busy. Not all Targets are created equal. The Waters Rd Target is beautifully arranged and decorated, clean and well-lit with spacious aisles. It is SUCH a cheerful place. I've been shopping at Waters Rd. Target since they opened. I've grown to know and love the people who work there. When I go there I expect to see certain faces. Sometimes I go there just to browse and look and be immersed in all that good cheer. You can tell a lot about the management by the highly positive vibes. I refer to the managers who work within the store, those who work there on a daily basis. It's a big store - but not too big. It's almost like a throwback to another time when you could refer to a store as yours. A unique and wonderful place. This particular Target projects all of that. It has a personality. There are many reasons to love this Target and I have only touched upon a few. Thank you!”
“I went into Nordstrom rack today to buy some clothes for a new job. I always dread trying things on & the whole shopping experience. But there was an employee who was so kind, sweet, and very helpful! (And it was so close to closing!)

“You can find some of the most incredible deals here! Cartier and Tom Ford sunglasses, Gucci jewelry, movado watches, great fragrance selection, I mean I could just go on and on. You just have to look carefully, it seems like they hide the good stuff sometimes almost so its not seen, probably a theft deterent. Also they have great stuff kitchen area, great coffee syrups, lots of snacks to try and obviously all the cool electronic stuff like wireless chargers and headphones for the gym and LED teeth whitening, just lots of stuff you never knew you needed but obviously need desperately. LOL Also the staff is super friendly but overworked, clearly. If you can get someone who is not already busy helping someone else, they are extremely knowledgeable.”

“I do most of my shopping here. One constant over the years is that the women's clothing department is not great. Also, the last two times I tried ordering groceries for pick up we have been delayed hours, even into the next day. Please just don't offer it if you can't provide it.”
“I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”
“Not much variety. This is more of almost like a grocery store Target, and not really clothes or things like that. I think that this location could be beneficial to students on campus if they need some groceries nearby.”

“1st time in this store. Loved the clearance deals. Its a little overwhelming trying to find exactly what you want but thats expected at discount stores. Still 5 stars for amazing prices for name brands. Nice merino wool smartwool brand base layers for $40. They had a lot of items for pets as well. Lifejackets, backpacks type carriers for dogs, pet beds etc. Wish I had more time to spend in the store. I will be returning”
