Be warned this CVS closes from 1.30-2pm every day there is nothing noted on the front of the store when you walk in or when you get to the counter. Shocking service from a surly gum smacking lady who seemed to take great delight in the fact I had had to wait 30 minutes during their close time for pain medication for a chronic ear ache.

I swear I have wrote this review three times but it keeps disappearing. This is by far the best cvs in the Ann Arbor canton area. I have worked at many of them as a vendor and the employees at this cvs were always very nice and helpful. They still say hi to me years later. The managers are very nice especially Ryan, he makes this a great cvs. The pharmacy people have always been very helpful even though they are swamped with prescriptions. This cvs does not deserve to have this low of a rating. You may have to wait a minute for help but if you find them they are more than willing to help.

placed refill at 950am today husband has been up there 2 different times and it still not ready. ITS A INHALER CVS as a whole sucks from changing store hrs to hiring the rudest people they can find

Worst CVS I’ve ever used. Not clean. Entry is filthy. Rude (understaffed) pharmacy people. Sometimes only two-three people covering the entire pharmacy. Extremely poor management. Greeting card area is horrible. Can never find a decent card. Poorly stocked store overall. There are always issues with the self checkout. Drive up pharmacy pickup is extremely slow. Sometimes 8-9 cars waiting to get through. Sometimes a car will be sitting at the window for well over 10 minutes. Although this CVS is very close to where I live, I will be having all my scripts transferred to Walgreens. I’ve had enough of this place.
