I mainly just use the pharmacy. I just don't like the place, yet I keep going back. The non pharmacy part of the store is great. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy however, sucks monkey balls. Always busy, never enough staff.

Slowest place I've ever been. Always understaffed and always have excuses on why they can't get you. Your medication's place is terrible.

I'm a bit ambivalent about putting more negativity out into the world, so please take this instead as a cautionary tale. Background: I am a professor who lives and works in Canada, but ironically enough the medication I need (I have to inject it monthly) is only available in the States. So every year (well, of course not when the borders were closed because of COVID) I faithfully trek down to Oregon to see my OB-GYN and renew my prescription. I recently relocated to Ann Arbor. I went to this CVS to purchase needles for the syringes I already have on hand. The "pharmacists" refused to sell them to me. The thing is, Michigan law doesn't require a prescription for purchase of syringes and needles, and neither does CVS. I pointed this out to them when I told them my story. So if the reasoning for denying me purchase of the needles was not based on logic or knowledge, then what was it based on? Did they not like my hairstyle? Was it my older age? My gender? I can't know the answers to these questions, but the fact that I am raising them is itself a red flag. Proceed cautiously, and if you are a middle-aged woman like me and have a choice, take your business elsewhere. I found that the pharmacists at other CVSs in Ann Arbor are professional and courteous.

I have been going to this CVS for two years and my experience has been a phenomenal experience with the pharmacy and with the employees. The pharmacist Will goes above and beyond, and will educate me regarding my prescriptions. Will is the most kindest person in the world. We are very lucky to have Will as our pharmacist and ANN ARBOR.

I went in today to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was so unbelievably rude. This is the second time he’s been rude to me for no reason and of course he apologized that I took it that way because he’s not a really rude person but if you look at the reviews, he obviously is, he wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. Your customers are in annoyance. You need to get a different job. I told him that I would go to a different pharmacy and he said well I hope you get better service there.

I still haven't heard from anyone in corporate or from the manager regarding how horribly the pharmacist, Will treated me.

Will, the pharmacist was very rude to a customer today. He was not helpful at all and outright mean to her. I am going to tell everyone I know not to come to this store as long as they let these things happen. People come there to try and feel better, but she left feeling worse than when she arrived. He is in the wrong business.

The Pharmacist that worked on 04/04/2023 at appx 5:00 PM is extremely rude and unkind. He is unprofessional and when called out on his behavior he gaslights you. "I'm sorry you took it that way"The man refused to let me use the bathroom and I was in a desperate situation.I would rethink this pharmacy. I am not the only one in the reviews that have complained about his arrogance and condescension.RESTROOM ACCESS FOR PERSONS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS (EXCERPT)Act 469 of 2008446.72 Retail establishment; use of toilet facility by customer; conditions.Sec. 2.A retail establishment that has a toilet facility for its employees shall allow a customer to use that facility during normal business hours if all of the following are met:(a) The customer requesting use of the employee toilet facility suffers from an eligible medical condition or utilizes an ostomy device.(b) Two or more employees of the retail establishment are working at the time the customer requests use of the employee toilet facility.(c) The customer provides the retail establishment with a copy of a statement on a prescription form that indicates the customer suffers from an eligible medical condition or utilizes an ostomy device, signed by a doctor.(d) The retail establishment does not normally make a restroom available to the public.(e) The employee toilet facility is not located in an area where providing access would create an obvious health or safety risk to the customer or an obvious security risk to the retail establishment.(f) A public restroom is not immediately accessible to the customer.
