Excellent service. I had all kind of issues with my insurance. Rashad, the chief pharmacist, was very patient. Even when I was pretty agitated, and managed to solve all of those. Thank you, Rashad.

I absolutely L-O-V-E this CVS store because Darlene, Sheena and Duane are such kind and helpful customer associates who make sure you find everything you need ! I found all the Easter candy and goodies I needed to make 5 Easter baskets for my grandchildren! Thank you, Stadium CVS, for being my favorite CVS store for the past 28 years ! I remember when you use to be located on the corner of Liberty and Stadium!! Thank you guys for always being there! ( I can’t forget the CVS pharmacy in the back of the store! I get my COVID boosters, flu shot and pneumonia shots and shingles shots here every year!! You guys are an important part of my health care team !❤️?Thank you and bless you for all you do for me and my family!) BTW: I’m one of those customers who looks forward to that 10-feet long receipt that the register prints out after making my purchases! I feel like a winner when I , occasionally, get one of those $5 or $2 OFF coupons for my next purchase! I feel like I’ve WON the lottery! Cheap thrills , but fun nonetheless! I’m also an avid user of the in-store coupon machine!! Gotta save when you can!!❤️☮️

Absolute worst store and pharmacy employees I've ever dealt with. The pharmacy has been nothing but one hassle after another, claiming my insurance won't cover meds, that it did. Employees are so unbelievably rude, hang up on you after being on hold for over 30 minutes and the store staff can't be bothered with helping you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. No stars at all deserved.

If I could rate them a zero I would - they gave me someone else's prescription to take home - never checked my liscense. I didn't realize it was wrong until the patient called me (we have the same last name). That is so dangerous. I just tried to transfer a prescription to them b.c. the pharmacy I changed too (because CVS is so bad) ran out of a med, so I called to have them call the pharmacy I changed to - they insisted the other pharmacy call them to transfer. It never works that way. I had to make so many phone calls - my current pharmacy had to call them and complain to them that this is never how its done.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I'm embarrassed to say I've been a customer for over 10 years simply because of their location and just not taking the time to make a switch - no longer! If you call within 15 minutes of closing time, they'll put you on hold until closing and just leave, I guess? So you get hung up on after navigating the myriad of convoluted online menus that are put in place to deter you from talking to a human. About 20% of the attendants at the window/counter are friendly. The management must suck because they seem really unhappy. Good luck getting to talk to a real pharmacist. They can't be bothered. Hello Ann Arbor Pharmacy!

This is the worst pharmacy in town. No one greets you. You wait for 30+ minutes in drivethru no matter how many cars are in line. When you finally talk to someone they are rude, short, and seem to take pleasure in making you wait. There are also seemingly untrained techs there now who have no idea what is going on. They have to ask a senior tech even the simplest questions causing you to have to wait even longer. Avoid this CVS at all costs.

I work for an assisted facility and called in regards to a prescription being sent over to this pharmacy rather than our usual pharmacy that we are contracted with for our facility. The woman on the other end of the phone call began to get VERY rude with me. Insisted that it was my fault that she verbally gave me the order and closed out the order on her end when I had asked her to specifically fax it over to the pharmacy that we use and gave her their fax number. My pharmacy called me and stated that they were not able to get the prescription from this CVS and that they were ALSO rude to them and wanted me to try and call back to see what was going on. Long story short, I am fuming. This is terrible service, especially for a CVS. I asked to speak to her manager and she said okay, then asked to speak to my manager... I run my entire nursing department, I do not have a manager. After I stated this, she then said "I am the manager here"... seems questionable. The first time that I called I spoke to the same woman and she had stated she was a technician, not the pharmacist. This CVS really needs to re-evaluate who they have working for them. Glad my facility and I do NOT use this pharmacy.If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Hopefully phone calls are recorded because WOW.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever witnessed in my life. Choose anywhere else. From not checking messages my doctor leaves with my scripts to wrong directions on bottle for use of medication. Putting placed on hold on the phone for 30 min. Always understaffed always a line always slow.
