I stopped into the 10 mile Ryan rd. store. told the teller I wanted to make a payment on my credit card. I gave the casher $160.00 plus $3.57 cents for the fee's they charge. I received a receipt and went on my way. To my surprise four days later I find out that there had not been any money added to my card. I thought that this was only a small mistake, remember I had a receipt that clearly stated that the money should've been added to my card. I went back to the store only to find that the manager said I had to call a number that didn't work. Then another number where I was told that they would do and investigation and get back with me in five to ten days. Not only did they not pay my credit card, I'm now stuck with making this month payment again , plus late fee's; and just to think I wasn't late!

I had scheduled a call with the Pharmacist for a COVID prescription. Mistakenly I went to the store and was told to wait in the car and I would receive a call as the Pharmacist had to review my information. One of the techs came out after about 15 minutes to ask if I had completed the questionnaire, which I had. They said they couldn't find my information although I had a confirmation from CVS on my computer. After another 15 minutes the tech came back asking for my name and phone number saying they were having computer issues - my appointment had appeared and then disappeared and they had to call tech support and would call me back but I should go home and wait for their call.Definitely NOT what I wanted to hear as I was getting heaviness in my chest and wanted to see about getting the script before the weekend. I would not recommend using this service - my physician's office called back so I elected to speak with them instead.

I have been using this CVS for over 6 years. Mostly I have been treated with great courtesy and kindness. Perhaps it's Covid but have had trouble with things being out of stock. The pharmacy staff has generally been professional and on top of things. Today I encountered a tall, perhaps middle eastern man who was just short of being rude. He was impatient and curt when waiting on me. I am considering changing pharmacies.Nancy Lyon8/19/22

I had to go there to pick up medication did my daughter. I had a few questions for the pharmacist. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions and helping me find other items that I needed. He was so patient and helpful.

I went to get tested for covid and TERRI was so sweet and helpful ! She is so kind, her demeanor felt like a breath of fresh air. I called the store to tell the manager about my wonderful experience with her but he seemed rather indifferent about it which made me a little sad because Terri is a gem and deserves the recognition!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while. The pharmacy staff here has always been pleasant and helpful. I had to finally write a review today after I picked up a prescription and found a note on it from the pharmacist telling me to check online for a coupon. I didn't have my phone with me so a pharmacy tech was helpful enough to look it up for me. Because of their efforts I paid $10 for my prescription instead of $60!! Wowwww! I never would have known. As for the rest of the store, it's pretty average, maybe a bit rundown compared to other CVSs. That's why I'm waffling between 4 stars and 5. I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They did save me 50 bucks, after all.
