After going to a few different dealerships and getting low ball offers for my vehicle i ended up going here and seeing Sam. He gave me top dollar for my vehicle. My wife bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE, from a guy that says he worked here. We have the paperwork to prove it. He urged us to go write a positive review for CROMax. We paid cash thinking we got the best deal for our hard earn money. Car had 121000 miles on it literally at 125000 the transmission went out not even a whole 5000-10000 miles later. Literally within the month. The car failed on us had to get it towed home and was quoted 7000 for a new transmission. The mechanic said they put slip and stop to stop transmission problem from being noticed now me and my wife in a loss after a whole year of struggling to come up with cash to cash out on a car just to be taken advantage of. Tired of being scammed, I hope this reviews saves others from scammers.

I purchased a 2009 Range Rover from Cromax Auto in June 2023. Sami not only sold me an excellent car that had only one previous owner, but he also made sure the price was affordable. The starter needed to be replaced last month, but Sami also recommended the best place to have my car serviced should I need it. I took my car to Roverland and the service was also awesome.
Thank you Sami for making the car I wanted possible, you have been a true blessing.
I would definitely recommend Cromax if you’re searching for a dependable vehicle.

Sam and the rest of the Cromax staff have always provided excellent service, information, and support when we have visited. We brought a group of high school students to do a workplace tour and career exploration. These students learned about sales, titles, detailing, marketing, etc. They also got to tour the mechanic shop and watch some of the vehicles being serviced. They were friendly, supportive, and an asset to the community as a whole. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Update: It's now been three years since my initial review. I recently sold my car back to them upon graduating. They offered me a very fair price, and what I appreciated most was their flexibility in allowing me to continue driving my car for an extra day or two while I'm still in Michigan, even after the sale.

Sold my car to them due to owning an Electric moped and Electric bike, they gave me a very fair price for the car. Process took about 5 minutes - we went on a test drive for them to check it, then did some paperwork and they cut me a check. After the whole process, they even gave me a ride home instead of using the bus.
