Consider the amount of potholes in Michigan, they’re doing a decent job.

Scheduled a tire rotation. Waited an hour, then told my tire were good so they didn't do it, come back in another 1k miles (a couple of weeks). It was over due for a rotation... Not good.

I love Costco but their tire center service is decidedly sub par.
