So happy I decided to come to this shop! Hands down the most honest place I’ve been to in the area, and I’ve searched around for a while. Justin and his team have been awesome, getting me in and out quickly and helping me sort through various issues with my vehicle. Absolutely will recommend Convenience Auto Service to anyone I know needing repairs.

I've brought my car here once before, and looked the other way at the price because, well, I get it, things are expensive and they have a bottom line to meet.
I paid $1400.00 to fix an oil leak and a power steering leak though, yeeeeesh. Expensive but they did it while I was on vacation and then held onto the car for a week after. I appreciated that extra willingness.
Then, I recently had a misfire, and lots going on in my life so I thought I'd swing the car by. I was disappointed in their diagnosis. They quoted me $1200.00 to change out spark plugs and coil on plugs. When I asked if they had done any diagnosis he said no they would do it once they changed them. They didn't do a leak down test, combustion test, swap any coil on plugs to see if its the plugs. When I asked why, he said because they would have to take off the windshield wiper panel, which, is true if you're gonna do a big job but you absolutely can access all spark plugs and coils without removing (I did). Also.... just take off the windshield wiper tray? Decided I would just pick up the car myself and squeeze the fix into my busy life.
For the record, I am a state and ASE certified tech who now works a desk auto job and no longer have access to lifts and a full shop. I am also a woman. I didn't get the huge sense I was being treated differently because I'm a woman, but, well, it's hard to not feel like you're being fobbed off when a shop is asking you to pay $1200.00 to throw parts at a problem with no formal diagnosis planned until you've shelled over the cost of parts which haven't even been... determined to be bad lol
EDIT: I should also be fair and mention the things that are good. I appreciate their full inspection they provide. Seemingly go over the entire car for broad strokes issues. Also, their text service is very easy to work with in terms of communication. The space is clean and the staff is friendly.
EDIT: In response to the below comment. To suggest my car is older, and seen better days is ABSOLUTELY TRUE haha But, their claim that my daily driver had been sitting for extended periods, has 200,000 miles, and an original battery are all categorically false.
TLDR: I was understanding of high prices, and respect the business. I just have a hard time trusting after my last visit where the high prices came with no diagnosis or discerning plan.

The team at the Jewett location have provided me with excellent maintenance on my vehicle, and their customer service communication is superb. You can tell a lot about people from the condition of the inside of their car and the same goes for a business and it's premises and job handling. I highly recommend this auto service.

Very thorough. Well trained mechanics. Professional and knowledgeable. I've never had them fix something only to find out they mixed the real problem, which has been an issue for me with other shops. Even better, they're not as expensive as the dealerships. I recommend them.

Wasn’t able to fix my old 2001 Mercedes window (because of a number of other issues) but they were super great at communicating and didn’t charge me. I would come back for sure.
