Long time patient here. Started calling in Jan 2019 for my annual exam. No one would call me back. Always was told my X-rays were fine. In July of 2019 I had severe chest pains and went to local ER was diagnosed with reoccurring breast cancer that had spread to bones, liver, kidney and lungs. This was after an “all clear” given me by Dr Threatt. I drove to clinic and asked for my records. I was given an incomplete file. I am now in treatment at RogelCancer Center, U of M. I learned a good lesson. If equipment looks old and building is not updated, run as fast as you can.

Has anyone been able to get their records? If so, please share how you did so. These reviews don't offer much hope.

There is a phone message that they are temporarily closed. If you want to get records, you are told to leave a message, but the you are immediately cut off.

I found out on the internet as of January 2020 that Comprehensive Breast Care, A2 is officially closed by the state. It was due to the faulty quality of the radiology equipment. Dr. Threatt was to notify her high risk patients of this. I do miss that place. I really liked talking books with Dr. Copeland. I wish Dr. Threatt would have notified her patients. I knew something was wrong when I did not get my yearly mameogram call in August 2018 from Comprehensive Breast Care.

What's going on? I've tried to call to call and the number is out of service? If I need to go somewhere else, they'll need my records!!??

Is this place still in business? Long time patient there.... 20+ years and for the last year, I have not been able to get anyone to pick up the phone there. I have called two times today and maybe I'm wrong but it almost sounds like someone is hanging up on me. I just need to know if they are still in business or if I should be going elsewhere.

I have been calling since February 2019 and NO ONE will call me back. .I needed to make my appointment and I can't see to reach anyone. Then I have heard through the Grapevine that my Dr. has retired.. Really no one has bother to tell me or offer me to come and get my medical records.. It really hurts because I have been a patient at this facility for over 15 yrs. Poor treatment to a long time patient.

I have been going here for over ten years. On my last exam I asked them to bill my insurance for the office visit. They did not. I received a bill, called and left a message with the clinic and never received a call back. The next thing I get is a very nasty letter from Dr. Threatt stating she is consulting her lawyer over my $65 unpaid bill. They need to learn how to bill properly and not blame the patient for their incompetence. They have lost a long time customer.

I had been going here for at least the last 5 years. I decided this year to go somewhere else because this place is the only one I've ever been to that charges your insurance company for a complete physical for the breast exam alone. The Mammogram is a 100% covered benefit through my husbands insurance. I have been calling for 3 days and leaving messages for someone to call me back because the new place I'm going wants the last 2 years of testing on CD. No one will call me back and no one picks up the phone.

Great people but the building needs a remodel, new furniture etc. Way over due...

This is so sad. Dr. Threatt was wonderful for 20 years. No one knows what happened. My primary doctor thinks they planned to reopen but will close so she's sending me elsewhere. Failure to forward xrays, as others reported, is a tragic end to Dr. Threatt's great career.

Having a problem getting my records from CBC. Have called numerous times over the past two weeks. Phone not being answered. Left several messages. No one returns your calls. Stopped by there today, there was one car in the parking lot. Door was unlocked. Walked in, a note on the counter said Clinic is closed today, Staff is in the back office. Called the number on the note. No answer. Left another voice message. Also left a nasty note on the counter.

CBC is not answering phones or the door. They are not sending patient records upon request. They obviously could not care less about their patients.
