Once again another Comerica Bank location width of the old ATM system.... you have to use an envelope to deposit cash and wait until the next day when they count it ... why is Comerica not updating their ATMs for an immediate cash deposit??

This is very frustrating bank. I wanted to book flights costing around 7K. had a good 10k in my account. used a debit card. but the card wont go thru. came to find out, they set a limit. I never requested the limit and lost my good deal on airfare as the lady on phone says, oh no when the bank opens on a business day, you got to deal with your branch to set a higher limit. First thing, when everything is online, why cannot I change my preference to set limit online. second thing.."hello I am a grown adult" are you my mom setting limits without my consent or acknowledgement.

In the past I have had wonderful experiences here until one day I called to get more information about a transaction on my account. At which point a woman who works there informed me that was she was going to shut off my card. I told her not to do this that it was not necessary and would in fact mess things up for me at which point she said she had no choice. It was the day before a holiday weekend and I was out of town. I called customer service and they said it was up to me and they would call and talk to her. After they did she called my work and asked to speak to me, (I'm not supposed to receive personal calls at work) and when I talked to her she informed me regardless of what customer service said she was going to cancel it. Like I originally stated I've always had wonderful experiences up until this employee left me stranded out of town for three days with no access to my own money.

Always greeted with a smile when I come in here (except the time I came in during blizzard wearing a ski mask and received some understandably anxious looks before I pulled it up !). These days, what with direct deposit and all, I doubt I make it in here once a month, but the tellers still recognize me. When I've needed more than just basic counter service, it's always been delivered efficiently and cheerfully. Case in point: needed some copies of checks written almost a year previously, and Comerica usually requires a fee for these. The manager here waived the fee, a good $30 in our case. When we needed a new financial advisor, the manager here put us in touch with an excellent one. I use other Comerica branches, but none feel as friendly as this one.
