While driving by, I figured I'd stop in and get some ice cream to take home. I joined the line of customers and was then approached by one of the servers who asked me if I was there to pick up an order. I'm guessing that he thought I was with a food delivery service? I'm not sure why he approached the only black person in the line to ask that question when he didn't ask the customers who got in line the same time I did. The customer service that followed didn't make anything better. Another server took my order and the interaction was not good at all. I ordered two large containers of ice cream and the server started working on one flavor and then told me to order the other flavor from the next server who came along... that was interesting to say the least.While in the store I remained quiet and focused on deciding what to get from the menu, but every interaction with the staff was unpleasant. I left the store feeling a bit upset, normally I'd be happy about getting ice cream but somehow that was ruined for me. I'm not sure if this was just a moment in time with the staff that was there of if there is something else going on. Figured I'd share my experience for anyone looking up reviews for this location.

My granddaughter and I have been cold stone supporters at least for the Last 5 Years in numerous States. We've never experienced such terrible customer service as we did today my granddaughter ordered "The Way Cookies Crumble" and received a version of a cookies and cream in a love it cup and the waffle cone she asked for was thrown in the same bag as our order with no wrapper or protective covering. I ordered strawberry cheesecake which came with a surprise blue berries that were stale and Soggy this was our worst experience my granddaughter picks up our order and was greeted with the nastiest customer service they didn't even say hello the counter was trifling as was the floor and the exterior we will never visit this chain location again on a waffle cone

i have been to this location multiple times and tried to order a simple strawberry shake and each time they have said they're out for the night. i can clearly see their machine working in the back, and they don't close for another 90 min to an hour. there is no excuse except that their workers are lazy and are responsible for lost costumers.

Delicious and surprisingly quick ice cream trip!! The site has a lot more combinations than the signage in store. The staff was nice and it was clean so I'll be back again.

The shake was okay. But I expected more for a 7 dollar shake, it was very very thin.
