Very disappointed in AA store. Not because they only bought one item, but because I brought 2 bins very neatly packed with plastic between layers and got back the bins with all the not wanted items just thrown in jumbled together in a mess. Very disrespectful. Will never go back. Will make the trip back to Okemos to Kellie's in the future where sellers and their items are treated with care.

If you’re looking to sell here , you’d be better off selling at Plato’s closet . I only came here believing they would give you more money for your items due to their rules of how they want the clothes to be and look when selling . But absolutely not .
About a month or so ago , came in and they wanted 7 items for $5. I declined . I go in today because I just want to get rid of clothes I don’t wear and is no longer my style . I brought in a lot of stuff . So when my time was ready , showed me what they wanted to purchase and said they could give me $14.40 for everything and I asked how many things where in here . 21 items !
TWENTY-ONE items for 14 dollars and 40 cent . I thought just maybe , I would have been offered 40-$50 because some of the things I have never even worn before and all extremely cute and in perfect condition . And then I was going to take the clothes back but I just took the money because I just want them out of my closet and then said if I wanted store credit I could get $17 . This store is a complete rip off when it comes to buying clothes . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME .

I will not shop here. I will not do any business here.Do not recommend. Staff unprofessional and selling experience is awful. I can't believe this store is still in business after how I was treated. People really put up with this in order to get pennies for clothing?

Decent clothing but prices are high for the amount of wear most items seem to have. However, I believe if you dig and come here consistently, you may find some good deals.

hate it; their offers are so low that a purse they offer $4.00 for I sold on Posmark for $70.00.

Horrible experience! I brought in shoes - some had never been worn - and Pandora jewelry. They took one piece and returned everything else. Not worth the effort.

This is a great place to shop. It seems like the less than positive reviews come from disgruntled people trying to sell their clothes, and that's always kind of tricky. For some reason, people usually do take that personally. But I enjoy shopping here and always find something interesting.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Super organized and nice! Thankfully it’s not over filled where you have to dig for things and it’s overwhelming. Tons of designer clothes & purses and things new with tags! Not to mention, the prices were great. Super fair pricing on everything! Not to mention the staff is super kind and helpful,Especially Janna (I could be spelling it wrong). Highly Recommend!

Visited this site Saturday, loved the large variety of beautiful clothes with awesome prices, the staff was so friendly. I will definitely return to this cute store when I return to Michigan.

The service was great! All staff was so cool and nice! They looked through all my stuff in less than an hour and offered me much than I thought id get! Highly recommend if you want to clean out your closet or make some extra cash!
