We rented a unit for several years and the staff were always ready to help. We had pallets of stuff which was fairly easily accessible through their garage around the back. Highly recommend!

I've used a few different storage facilities over the years, and Climate Control Indoor Storage is the by far the best. It's very clean and the units are in great shape. There are dollies by the door to use to load and unload, and the office staff has been helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I had to store a Steinway grand piano here for 17 years, and it is still in tune! Steinway can take some credit, of course, but climate control is also very important.

I love Climate Control. The ladies there Mom and Daughter are so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and accomodating and it ia affordable. I needed some where to store my cousin Theresa Jeans stuff will I dealt with Probate matters on her behalf.The ladies were wonderful and kind.I highly recommend Climate Control for your valuables and everyday stuff.

I highly recommend this storage facility in Ann Arbor. It is clean and it’s easy to access the storage units once inside the building. Lauren was so helpful and answered all the questions I had (there were many!).My daughter is a student at Michigan and we stored her clothes, bedding and miscellaneous items over the summer. Everything was in great condition when we picked up her stuff this week. We will definitely use this place again if we ever need to store anything.

I would never store my items here. Not happy with the service. Don't know what happened to the very personable young lady who was such a huge help to me. I think her name was Tracy. She was one of the reasons I was storing things at this facility. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

My experience with Climate Control Indoor Storage has been terrific since day one! I have worked with them for business and personal use and they been great to work with. I highly recommend their team over some of the local franchise storage facilities any day. The Facility is family owned and operated, the staff is kind and accommodating, and I plan to rent here long term.

Climate Control is a fabulous storage facility; clean, excellent security, and terrific and helpful staff. We stored our stuff for 9 months during a move from Ann Arbor to the west coast. We recommend them highly for anyone. They are not the cheapest, only the best!
