Uptown Veterinary Clinic staff was absolutely amazing when we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old lab, Talula. They explained everything and let our sweet girl stay on her bed in the back of our car so she could be outside in the sunshine. They gave us time for lots of hugs and tears, making such a painful experience as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredible! They also made sure Faithful Companion was there within minutes of us leaving to take her for cremation. We received a call the following morning saying she was back and ready to be taken home! Uptown Vet staff even washed her blanket and had it ready when we returned. I highly recommend Uptown Veterinary Clinic. We miss our "Lula" so much but the compassion and care they showed to us and Talula will never be forgotten.

This outfit should have their vetinerary license revoked. Take your pet to this facility only if you have a death wish upon your beloved pet..
I took my beloved cat to Dr. Hui at this facility for a routine checkup and blood draw. During the blood draw, I heard a loud scream from my cat from two rooms away. The blood draw was performed by a young new employee, whom I had never seen before.
After I brought my cat home, my cat stopped eating solid food. I contacted Dr. Hui, to inquire about what had transpired during the blood draw. She assured me that nothing out of the ordinary had happened, but prescribed my cat some antibiotics. After a week, seeing that my cat was not improving, I took her to EVH, where they told me that she had a severe maggot infection in her rectal area, and could no longer be saved. She was put to sleep last night. ?
To err is human. To try to cover up your error, is simply evil. I find Dr. Hui to be an incompetent, incompassionate, egomaniac, who has no appreciation of the intricacies of taking care of animals. She should have her vet license revoked.

Love the staff here. Made room for me and my doggo and didn't have to schedule too far ahead. Very clear on how to care for him properly and super receptive to questions. 10/10

There is no better vet office out there. I can no longer count the number of times these wonderful people have gone above and beyond to help our anxious, infection-prone pittie with compassion and quality medical care. They bend over backwards to make sure she is taken care of. They are everything you could want for your 4-legged babies. We cannot ever thank them enough for their expertise and love.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate this clinic. Both Drs are incredibly patient and skilled with our aggressive dog and they were able to diagnose our cat with an illness three other vets missed.
The entire staff is exceedingly kind and it is clear everyone there truly loves helping animals.

Uptown Vet recently handled the end-of-life care for my sweet hamster Pearl after being her vets for her lifetime, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. I felt so supported throughout the process of fighting her final illness and making the decision to let her go. When it comes to hamsters, who have short lifespans anyway, you can’t always assume people are going to show them the same care and dedication to saving them as you might receive for a cat or a dog. But the vets (we were primarily with Dr. Weinrick but Dr. Hui helped us at the very end) and techs at Uptown all treated Pearl with so much respect, attention, and affection, and me with lots of compassion as I dealt with a difficult situation. They even called to check up on her on their own prerogative. I would highly recommend Uptown to any exotic pet owner trying to ensure that their pet receives knowledgeable and compassionate care. Thank you all for helping Pearl and I fight hard and end well <3

Our sweet dog is always taken the best care of by the staff at Uptown! They are knowledgeable , incredibly kind and always make sure every concern/question is addressed.

This is an amazing vet. They are very attentive and always do follow up calls to check and see how my pets are doing after the visit. They are very honest with their diagnosis’s and will always talk you through any questions you have. Highly recommend

I came here today for the very first time and I am so glad that I did. I've had really bad anxiety for a while for my dog because of the previous vet that I took my dog to. The place is very easy to get to and extremely clean. Everyone that works there is super nice and the veterinarians doctors are very knowledgeable as well as their veterinarian technicians. I would definitely recommend bringing your loved pet here.

I love this clinic. They care for our two dogs---senior Golden Retriever puppy mill rescue, rehomed 2 year old husky, as well as a 19 year old cat. Their staff is personable and upbeat. We have visited for acute, chronic, and also for behavioral issues. I am so appreciative when they take the time to explain the rationale for treatment and what the next steps are. They are reassuring, supportive, and encouraging. They are also reasonably quick to answer questions and respond whether you place a phone call or an email. I feel that their prices are reasonable for the care provided.
