It was an absolute pleasure to walk into Chase Bank today and work with Jennifer. She listened intently, was attentive to our request, while performing like the utmost professional in our interactions.With businesses cutting back on the number of personnel in their facility, Jennifer was able to meet our needs and still attend to drive up patrons; at the same time maintaining a pleasant, conversational and very efficient demeanor.Jennifer represents herself and Chase Bank extremely well! Arrived at this Chase Bank branch a few minutes before its close hour. Was told to come in on another day as no time to set up an account. Service could use improvement.

If I could leave a zero I would! Chase is the bank of the worlds scammers and frauds. They allowed my 71 year old father to continually be scammed by fake LLCs that have accounts held at their institution. If you ask them how this happened, they’ll hang up on you , as it appears they like to harbor thieves. I would never own a Chase acct if you paid me.

Save yourself the frustration go through the ATM to insert cash and checks!! customer service sucks I have been with chase for 15 years service is a thing of the past! Even as a business owner I hate dealing with the service side!

We in Friday July 22 12:55pm to make a rent deposit I was terribly misinformed then told it was for the safety of the bank because I might be money laundering. Brian had no problem coming off as rude & racist. Shame

I have been banking with Chase for almost 25 years and I was so disappointed to see they took out the teller stations in the main lobby. So now if you physically want to deposit your money there is only one teller in the back. There is longer lines and Chase is trying to make us use the ATM. This is another example of Chase choosing profit over the customer. I wish I could give Chase 5 negative stars. This move shows that they don't care about the customer and I am thinking of closing my accounts.

I live 40 mins away, I do most of my banking online but on some occasions I do have to go to the branch. I have never experienced the kind of help & kindness from a bank before, like I have at the Zeeb Rd Chase. I am very grateful & want to thank them for that

I spent 3 hours opening a small business checking account. Apparently they had computer problems. Okay, it happens. The next day they mailed my materials to the business I was buying rather than the address I gave them for the account. Okay, we're all human. A couple of days later they called me to say that they needed me to come back in re-sign one of the forms. Getting frustrated. But I went back in and signed. Finally a few weeks later I went to the bank to make a deposit. They couldn't take it because my account was locked. Apparently they needed yet another form signed. I would have to wait two more business days and go back in to make the deposit. Furthermore, they could not give me the $20,000 I gave them to open the account back until they processed the signature and opened my account. You read this correctly. They were not able to open a simple checking account in a month, despite repeated attempts, but could not return my money. The people in the bank apologized nicely. But I don't need apologies. I need a bank and Chase is not one. So I went 200 ft down the road and opened an account at PNC. What a nightmare!
