Very racist bank tellers. Asked me if I "was okay" when I was making a withdrawal at the drive-thru. Presumably because I had a person of color in the passenger seat. I have since closed my account.

I'm sitting in the parking lot of Chase Bank - Briarwood Mall - Ann Arbor, Mi. First I needed help adding a new payee that would not take. The first person I asked said - I can't help you, I'm busy waiting for someone. Then told me to gave the teller help - of course they can't. Then someone else helps and wasn't very happy to be disturbed. Then I finally get it - go to leave and locked my keys. I frantically check everywhere - back in the bank - they clearly could have cared less. Strike - very rude. I've been sitting in the parking lot about 45 min. Waiting for a tow truck. You'd think they'd check to see if I'm ok. Not that it matters but I'm a senior citizen, in a panic and the only person who checked on me was a customer who tried to help me and felt bad she had to go to work and leave me. PS. she was in the bank due to terrible customer service on the phone at this branch and came in to take care of what she needed. She said worst branch of Chase she has ever experienced. Clearly, not just my opinion. What ever happened to Customer Service?

When you tell them you don't want their overpriced investments and you want low risk like money market funds or brokered cds they become very unhelpful and rude.

Probably Chase should give them an Award for their Customer Service.They greet you immediately once you step in and take care of stuff right away.Been here twice for notarizing some documents which is a painful process for the staff but they do it with a smiling face .BIG SHOUT OUT TO "Shauna M Philip"and "Talina Timas" for patiently helping me.Literally every staff greets you with a smiling face which I have never seen in any bank. Keep up the good work.U guys rock !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Was here to get a ton of documents notarized and they did so patiently. It was really lot of work for them to write acknowledgment for each page of document to be notarized and they need to write down all the details in ledger along with our whole address for all the documents notarized. First Day I was greeted by Shauna M Philip the moment I stepped in and she started the process right away . She was very patient and friendly too and did all the 10 documents . She was pretty nice coz I caught her during the lunch time but she did everything so carefully. It took like 50 mins to get the whole thing done. Second day I was greeted by Talin Timas( Branch Manager). She literally greets everyone who is stepping in and out. That's remarkable.she did the process pretty quick as i had only 4 documents. Pros: --------- AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly Staff Free Parking Offers Free Coffee & Water Right next to Briarwood Mall Lot of Girl power in the branch( literally everyone greets you with a smiling face) Cons: ------- None Probably the best customer service I had in a Bank so far.
