Most patient employees! They were so helpful and understanding even though they are a bit understaffed. Hats off to this branch for their excellent customer service! Jennifer helped me today and was the absolute sweetest!
People need to be more understanding of those who work customer service. It’s a tough job!

I was very upset with Chase for closing my newly opened account because they thought it was a fraudulent account. I fought with many incapable phone support agents for hours before going in to the branch. Alex helped me very quickly and did an awesome job resolving my issues. Thanks again Alex!
