Pros: Cheap, the room does the trick, decent location near town, kitchen.Cons: reeks of weed, old and poorly repaired, dirty, listed as a 3 ?, should be a 2 ?, unhelpful/unmotivated staff, housekeeping will only come if you stay over 7 days

Me and my husband are from out of town over the weekend we decided to come here Saturday with the kids while getting up to get ready in the morning we were told the water went out and won’t be available till Tuesday! We were going to stay another night but had to check out that morning quickly .! we couldn’t take a shower or get the kids ready properly we had to find another hotel with no compensation for the inconvenience. Very nice and impeccably clean room with apt size fridge, full size dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and an electric cooktop. Hallways were clean and smelled nice. Friendly staff. Good Internet and huge desk for traveling workers. Great location, lots of nearby shopping, restaurants, and highways.

I'd like to give my biggest thank you to many staff members at the hotel. Andrea, who was so caring and compassionate as I started my month long stay at the suites. Then Jessica, who was understanding and patient as my stay exceeded a month. Ryan at the front desk for being on his toes whenever I went to the desk for needs.I forgot the name of the very caring front desk woman who had a daughter that I got to meet.We had some good conversations and understanding of each others obstacles we both had gone thru. The young lady who worked days and always had a smile ( she could be a model). To housekeeping, thank you for all you do. You all made my stay very comfortable during this part of my journey in life. Bennie also thanks you for being understanding as he is also adjusting to the move.Rooms: The room was clean and just the right size for our transition to Michigan.Nearby activities: Several places to walk ans eat.Safety: The parking lot was literally very well.The outside doors were always locked.And when a guest proped open the door, a note was placed on the door. The employees care about all.Walkability: Side walks make walking easy around the premises.

I've stayed here for a few months now and I looove it. The staff is beyond amazing from management to housekeeping!! They treat my whole family like true friends(all the way to my kitty!!) No other place I've stayed has felt so welcoming 10/10 highly recommendRooms: So comfyWalkability: I walk to rhe store and work every day. The bus stop is so close to get anywhereFood & drinks: Ton of resturamt a near by including pizza delivery. Free grub hub + offer

This place is terrible.Reserved a room for 4 nights during parents weekend in November and upon arrival on Thursday night they said my reservation was canceled. They said i can stay for one night but not the weekend. I booked another place for the weekend and stayed one night. When I returned from my trip to Ann arbor I found they had charge my card for the three additional nights! In a dispute resolution with my card company they sent bogus documentation! This place is a complete fraud! I am out $1300! Taking it to Better Business Bureau and then the attorney generals office- awful

This hotel is one of the worst i have ever been in. The smell in the lobby and in the room was unbearable. Tried to get a different room but he was in a hurry to leave so he said it was at 100% capacity instead of finding a better solution. He had nothing else to say other that "Am sorry but i can't do anything other than spraying the room". What a shame. Disgusting hotel and unprofessional staff.UPDATE: The employee said he would cancel and refund the money if expedia agrees to it. Today Expedia called them and they refused to issue a refund. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! I wish there's lower than 1 star to rate them.

Sep 2023 - Bit off the beaten path - tucked away - decent location but surface road (main) is basically one way - bit of wear/tear on the room, bed/bedding isn't the best - but decent - but nothing that would keep me from coming again. The max rate is obviously for big GO BLUE weekends - but I booked through third party (as always) and found the quality good for the price. No issues in the room - the AC worked, and the water worked. Appreciated the larger desk area.

Booked a last minute stay here as I was in town. Great value for the price. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Although I didn't use it, they had a kitchen with fridge, pots/pans for cooking and a stove. The room also had a desk with ample room for computer work or just laying stuff on. The bed was comfortable. Down on the first floor there's a little grab and go with drinks and snacks. In the same room are washers and dryers and a gym area. The hotel is located close to Briarwood mall and some good restaurants if looking for somewhere to eat. $100 deposit at check in + $5 parking unless you're a member of the hotel chains membership program.

Large room at a very reasonable price. It was very nice to be able to really stretch out and relax. The full kitchen amenities makes life so much easier when you are traveling. Wanted a bottle of wine but no corkscrew? No worries, there is one in the drawer by the stove. It's the little things!
