BP today was great to us. Prices for gas so so cheap and the station looking clean so, is nothing negative I can't say. Thank you!

The single digit IQ having a**, worthless a**, uneducated a**, grown a** man that tried to out sass me that worked closing shift at this dump the night of July 26th 2024 needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. 😊

Horrendous! The restrooms at this BP are absolutely the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. If I was Tim Hortons I would get out of that building, they are compromising their business. On top of that I had a winning lottery ticket and there was no cash for the payout. It was less than $100 for crying out loud. If you sell lottery tickets you should be able to cover them.

Lovely remodel with a lot of new merchandise and friendly staff. My only complaint is that they are sometimes out of fresh coffee and a few of their coffee-type machines don't work at all (creamers, etc).

I used to go here all the time, because of their free air, even though their prices were a little higher than down the road. But their air hose broke a month or two ago, and they have shown no interest at all in replacing it. So ... I no longer go here for gas.

What a wonderful little oasis to visit. A lot of gas stations in Ann Arbor are kind of uptight and snobby but when you walk into this store, you are immediately welcomed in to what feels like a slice of home. The employees are helpful and kind, always go out of their way to help me and other customers find what we are looking for. (as for the other reviews regarding the traffic, there is a street on the side to turn onto which helps you get back to the main road, BP is on the corner of Plymouth and Upland). Sad they do not have their repair shop anymore but the place seems to be flourishing regardless.
