“Ann Arbor Auto Body is the best! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. My car got hit twice this past year, so I have recent experience with other body shops in the area. Ann Arbor Auto Body did a great job replacing a passenger door on my car, beautifully matching the paint on a 12 year old SUV. They told me that it would look like the damage never happened, and that is totally true! Plus the price seemed reasonable compared to other places. They always called me when they said they would, and the work was done on the date they said. I could not be happier with my experience here.”

“This place is awesome and deserves their very high Google ratings. I went once and they let me know that the rust I wanted to treat was not worth treating as it would continue to get worse.This year I got hit with hail on 7/21/23 - so many cars were damaged it took until 10/27 to get my car repaired. On pick up they notified me that they received the wrong trim parts and I would need to come back to get that done. Josh estimated it would take a half hour once they arrive, but he would not accept the $4000 payment until the job is finished. Still waiting on a call back to finish the chrome trim.Everyone I interacted with at the shop was polite and professional!!!!”

“Wow! What a great experience at Gerber! Farmers recommended them and they were not my normal go to body shop but I was open to trying them out. Am I glad I did! The work was done a day early. I am OCD with a really high expectation. 9 out of 10 repair shops/mechanics/contractors disappoint me. I was ready for "the usual". But the work was exemplary! I was so pleased that I went in to thank them personally. Then I got into my car...they had detailed it like brand new! I have seven kids and that car was trashed. Now I want to sleep in it.
