Absolutely terrible bought a bed frame, delivery went fine but the headboard was damaged. After a long period of trying to get a replacement and to set up a delivery date 2 weeks later they cancel due to weather no call only notified by email, so half the day was wasted waiting only reason I say that every other instance they blow your phone up saying they will be arriving at X time, fine understandable although the weather really wasn't that bad. Set up yet another date 2 weeks away only to get another message that they no longer have it in stock and wont for another month which at this point I proceed to fight to get a refund which was insanely difficult for a company that fumbles so much they should be more understanding. currently trying to get the refund they said they would send it in the mail via check but send emails saying I have to make an account to decide how to receive it.... SO much time wasted with little to no help don't bother with this place go somewhere else has truley been an awful experience.

See Conner in the Ann Arbor store. He will hook you up. Made it super easy and was very informative. He let us walk around and didn’t pressure us, but he was always there when we had questions. We will definitely be buying future pieces from him and Bob’s.

We bought a couch set from Bob's Discount Furniture in 2021. We also bought the Good Proof Protection where we were told that if any stains or damages came about to the furniture accidentally, that it would be covered for repair. The wood foundation of our couch broke from normal use in the exact same spot on both sides of the sleeping mechanism. I submitted a claim and they stated that is not covered. When I tried to get more information on why this is not covered, I was just told that this was the final decision. The unwillingness to work with a client is appalling and unprofessional. I asked for a simple explanation and they are unable to provide it.

Bob's Furniture was extremely professional and very helpful with helping a selection that fit our needs. I would definitely recommend stopping and looking at what they offer. Yes I would purchase there again. It was a wonderful experience.

Bought a new dinning room set. They were very helpful and the salesman Connor was pleasant. Answered all my questions and didn't pressure me. I will buy from them again.

This is what I received. One price brow, 2 grey, one piece has messed up stitches in the front that will unravel.Didn't notice this until I unboxed it, AFTER SPENDING 3.5 HOURS trying TO GET IT DOWN IN MY BASEMENT. I had to take handrails off my stairs, move my whole basement, and then I see this. I am SO SO SO SO SO UNHAPPY AND IRRITATED.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Called support and after 20 minutes of saying they would just send 2 replacements, no fuss, no issues because we called immidiately, he starts to end the call by saying they will be by to pick up the 2 defective, incorrect pieces now.NOW IN THE NEXT WEEK, WHICH I HAVE NO TIME FOR, I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER 4 HOURS TO MOVE IT BACK UPSTAIRS SO THEY CAN PICK OUR UP AFTER BEING USED FOR A WEEK!!!???I told them they can pick it up next month when I have time, or have someone come get it out of our basement without destroying my home, ( good luck) and they won't. So now, unless I SPEND HOURS HAULING IT BACK UPSTAIRS, I AM STUCK WITH THIS HORRIBLE UGLY MESS.I bought it for a party I have this weekend and I am so embarrassed. I paid about $150 to have it delivered, tired the men $20, and did hours of work.... Just to have to UNDO IT BY NEXT THURSDAY, while I do not have time or the energy.I'm so upset. We were going to purchase either a sectional or 2 other sofas to match after testing this one, NOW I WILL NOT AT Discount furniture for a reason I guess!!!

Never. We bought a sectional and a matching love seat November 2022. After having them deliver a broken product FOUR separate times over 3 months we finally decided to just forget it and ask for a refund. It was delivered broken everytime. Upon delivery we had the people delivering it to take pictures to document it. We asked for a refund and they agreed except the delivery fee, not acceptable since we were delivered dysfunctional products. We are still, almost an entire year later battling to get our full refund. A year. It’s not that hard. We allowed them to attempt to correct it FOUR times. Over months. Should not be battling this almost an entire year later.
