What a quick, easy, and friendly experience. DeeDee and Cameron were so helpful, without being in your face or overbearing by any means. They were knowledgeable about their inventory, helped us make the perfect decisions for our first home and were upfront about cost. Also, the payment plan is unbeatable! Cannot wait for delivery to start enjoying our furniture and make our house a home.

Ron, our salesperson, did a great job. He answered all our questions and helped us find the furniture we wanted to look at. At the same time he was not “overly present” but instead allowed us time and space to discuss our decision.
All the sectionals and sofas we looked at were nice and comfortable and seemed worth the asking prices. We ultimately decided on the modular sectional because of its flexibility. While I would have like for the ottoman to be on casters (like a competitor’s), that ended up not being a dealbreaker for us.

The process was smooth and refresing, the salesperson Deedee was knowledgable, attentive and easy to work with. Deedee did not try to oversell and did not steer towards what she wanted to sell but gave enough space for us to browse and test various furniture that we felt was suitable for our needs. We will be back soon.

I will never purchase furniture from bobs ever again. We bought a couch and table in 2022, got the goof proof or whatever it is. The couch has been great but the table and chairs set!? Yeah not so much… we had 1 of our chairs break within a year, the seat completely came off. Had a technician come out (after they rescheduled 3 times on me and were extremely hard to contact) and tell us that whoever built the chairs did it wrong. Well, another few weeks went by and another chair broke. I didn’t even want to deal with customer service so I just fixed it myself.
Now we just moved a few weekends ago, unfortunately one of the table legs didn’t make it. Yes I know, that’s on us. But we saw that Bob’s carries replacement parts for pieces, I called to inquire about getting another table leg, the guy transferred me over to make a claim and I did, I said I know that it’s my fault for losing the leg and I’m happy to pay for a replacement. We love our table apart from the chairs being trash. I filed the claim and no one contacted me about it, they just declined the claim.
So I called back to speak to someone asking if I can just buy a leg, was told a phone number to call for customer care, called that and then was on hold for 15 minutes just to be told that Bobs doesn’t have table legs and was recommended to buy a whole new table. When we do buy a new table, it definitely will NOT be from bobs.

Bob's Discount Furniture has the best employees. We were helped by Ron. Ron couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We had great conversation and enjoyed choosing our recliners. I'm returning for my future home needs. Thank you very much Caryn Boyers

I have zero idea how this store has such good reviews. I bought a couch from here three years ago with the goof proof protection plan that Tyler talked me in to. I was told that if my animals had an accident on the couch, it would be covered for repairs hence why I shelled out the $70 for the protection plan. Well I reported the issue to the company and they refused to clean the couch and said that "The protection plan you purchased does not provide coverage for the damages discovered as as an extensive amount of stains that require an overall general cleaning of the furniture are excluded from coverage.". That is not ANYWHERE in the protection plan. It says on my copy of the protection plan that ALL STAINS are covered including bodily fluids (note it says FLUIDS implying multiple incidents) from humans and pets. So I bought the plan and they can't clean my couch? I am really upset that I was sold this crappy couch that can't be fixed. I want it cleaned or I want an exchange. Beware, this is probably going to happen to you to if you buy from here.
I reported this store to the BBB as well for scamming customers.

Tyler was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, the delivery was super fast, and the gentlemen doing the delivery were so kind and professional! They hauled our couch and chair up three flights of stairs and made it look so easy! The white glove delivery is 100% worth it!

The store itself was okay. But they had absolutely no follow through and did not put in our 2nd delivery date as they said they would once our first delivery happened. Beware, the store can't help with any issues after you have made a purchase. Everything has to be done through corporate. And I should add dealing with corporate was horrible, especially the first smart-butt customer service agent we dealt with.
