People at Service department are friendly. This is why I rate 2 stars instead of 1. However, Please tell me these installments were done professionally at service department. Coming to the dealer for 2 services. One is replacing passenger side floor trim, but it is very loose after replacement comparing to the driver side (see video). Second, the A/C instrument is making noise, mechanic disassembled my whole dashboard and found out where was making noise. Long story short, they ordered grease and will fully repair it next week. For now they put assembled the dashboard back and let me pick up the car and wait for the next week. But my passenger side AC vent is installed improperly. To sum it up, none of the two services were done properly.

The service department does not communicate. The service manager doesn't call you back either. It is difficult to set an appointment because they don't answer their phones or return your calls. When you do get an appointment they don't update you on the status. I dropped it off at 8:30AM, they said is should be ready in the early afternoon. At 5:30, I get a call and video text message that it's ready. You could tell they put little to no effort into the service. I go to pick up the car and it doesn't start. I don't believe they inspected the vehicle, just literally changed the oil and that it. Now my car has a burning plastic smell when I drive. I just want my car to be well maintained. I am okay paying a premium, but I want to be able to trust that they are doing good work. I never had any problems with BMW of Farmington Hills. I left a 2/5 because they did change the oil and brake fluid... They did the bare minimum.

I bought a 2020 x7 last June. Ray the finance manager pushed gap insurance really hard. “ if you want to cancel it just call me and I’ll take it right off. I told him i changed my mind and he said the paperwork was all ready turned in. Now it’s 6 months later the car is paid off and im still paying gap insurance. 3 calls to Ray and he still hasn’t taken it off. These guys are crooks. Avoid this dealership like the plague!

Bought a one-year-old M240ix there and can't stop raving about the sales experience to everyone I know. Mo Beidoun is, hands down, the best car sales guy I've ever had - and we've bought a LOT of cars. No pressure, frank and friendly conversation, swift communication via email/text/call, tons of help before/during/after the sale, and a fair price. My husband says next time maybe he'll buy a BMW, based solely on how easy this experience was. Thanks Mo!

I have a safety recall on my 06 530xi. I also have a recurring problem with a previously repaired passenger airbag recall that I need looked at. I have left numerous messages with different service people to discuss this. Nobody has returned my calls, ever. I also had to replace the trunk mounted sirius/xm box. Car recognizes unit but wont play and needs. flashing. They want $150 to flash it, so I didn't bother. Im near Adrian and have since gone to Toledo BMW. They are still expensive but very responsive.

Dustin in the service department is extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me figure out what services I needed for my I3 for my trip to Seattle, and also was very courteous and interested in me as a unique individual. I would highly recommend Dusty to a family member, friend, or any BMW owner.

Visited today for oil change. Neal was really kind to accommodate my rush and did everything to ensure a great and smooth experience from start to end.Also, another member helped by assigning a cube to me while I waited, so I could take my meetings without interruption.

I took my car in for service. The service advisor was borderline rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor by my being there. The mechanic sent me a video something about my tires. It was very difficult to hear what he was saying but I did make out that he would call me back within the hour. He never called. I picked up my call and vowed never to return to this dealership for service.

Darin Locks is an amazing salesman. He explained all the features in my BMW X7 and made for an easy delivery. I also dealt with Roy in the financial department. Roy was super knowledgeable and courteous and made the buying experience painless.
