Had an issue with my X7 that I purchased from a BMW dealer in Schaumburg, BMW of Ann Arbor and the Schaumburg dealer worked together to resolve my issue and ensured it was covered under warranty. I had a slight communication issue with BMW of Ann Arbor, where it took about a week and half to hear back but John Moyer was great about stepping in and closing the communication gap. Thank you all for working with integrity on my behalf!

Scheduling was easy but waiting was quite long, almost 2 hrs for a routine maintenance. We were surprised when told the tire rotation was not part of the maintenance. Made an appointment with Discount tire instead to rotate the tires. Staff were friendly and explain things in a clear way.

Blerim was amazing helping me purchase my bmw i8. Went on 2 test drive both excellence. Gave me assurance of maintenance being on time with all fluids change and everything in tip top shape. Ray was amazing too! Help me make wise decisions and provide best warranty 10/10! If u are looking to buy a car, hit blerim up. He will work with you and do his best even on days he don’t work. Do not buy any vehicles from this place. They never honor integrity, and will always make you responsible for things that they have caused or did not know about regarding a vehicle that they have sold. They sold me a vehicle that was in an accident and then repainted poorly and when the paint started to peel, took no responsibility whatsoever, but blamed me as the "possible culprit" and did not want to help repair it. I had never had an accident or anything in the car. Shame on me again, trusting this damn dealership. I purchased another car, with new tires because the used ones on the vehicle did not meet inspection standards, I drove the car 8k miles, to end up with a complete flat on run flat tires, and to be told by a credible tire shop they were all defective. At least three of the tires are defective tires. This again, is my issue and not theirs. Run and find a BMW somewhere else that has more integrity, honesty, more appreciation of the customer.
