I received amazing service at this location today. Jason was able to get me in and out on a return very clear cut in and out no hassle. Wow, I wish everybody could be like Jason. His parents must be proud of him.

No warning of a 2 week return policy. Tried returning something 3 weeks after a purchase and the associate tells me they cannot refund me because I waited longer than 2 weeks. No exceptions. Meijer has a longer return policy than they do. What a joke. Not the way for a corporation to cut costs in a hard market.

Best Buy has really taken a turn down. They have a lot of people working here but very few k ow much. The three I asked questions to had to find someone else, 2 found the same person. Highly prices, a lot of things people are not interested in. They are still around because the competition has been thinned out.

They told me over the phone I could drop off a TV under 50in for free for recycling and then I walk in and they tell me it's going to be a $30 charge. So I will go throw it in the garbage for free and I'm here to leave my review on my experience they did not tell me the truth

Buyer beware of purchasing an Apple product here, particularly iPhone. Even though the website will say “available in 1 hr” when the product is in stock, employees are aware of a “fraud check” that Apple does before an order can be fulfilled. I placed an online order (for an iPhone 16 and another for a case), and got a notice that the case was ready. I assumed that the iPhone was probably ready as well, but I attempted to call the store 5 times to confirm with no answer. I took the chance, driving over an hour from Lansing because there was almost no stock available locally. When I arrived, it was three hours after I placed my order that was promised to be ready in an hour. I feel bad for the kid at the door who helped me get my case, who then had to tell me that the iPhone wasn’t even reviewed yet for them to fulfill. This employee told me that it was probably stuck in “fraud check” and that it takes a long time, even though the website says ready in an hour. I asked if I could just take the phone and activate it myself since it’s in stock, and he said no; all phones through Best Buy had to be activated in store.
I wasted a ton of gas and time to leave with a phone case and no phone to go with it. Because there’s no readily available stock locally, I have no choice but to come back again *whenever* they deem it suitable to fulfill the order. I placed this order on an emergency basis as my phone is on its last leg, almost failing completely today, so I am extremely frustrated.
Sorry to the kid who I’m sure felt forced into a very awkward position this evening. Best Buy as a company, however, needs to do better and set appropriate expectations on their website. Stores should also have appropriate staffing to be able to answer phones personally.

Kinda busy. Asked a blue shirt who was in front of the store with another blue shirt for a product location... They pointed to the cell phone section... Didn't find it there. Left pissed off that they cared more about their private conversation than they did their job.

I went there this evening to buy the new Samsung galaxy phone and the rep who werre supposed to help me disappeared after I asked her some questions. Shhe left me waiting for long until somone else came for the help. Instead of helping me finalising my purchase she went to do Customer Service stuff. This happened around 5pm and i prefer not to dicslose her name but if i was her manager, i would held her responsible for losing a sale and for her lack of cusomer service skills. I will take my business to Amazon instead.

Best Buy sold me a new Samsung TV. Part of the pitch is the Total membership which offers 60 day price match if the price drops. So the price dropped and so I called to get the adjustment. But Best Buy tells me I don’t qualify because I bundled FUBU TV for 30 days (at night cost). I knew nothing about this TV offer but it seems ridiculous.
