I had the misfortune of being helped by Jonathan in the home audio/car audio. The first thing he tells me when I ask him about being interested in speakers for my car is “the last person who wanted speakers thought it cost too much and so likely will you”
Then proceeded to spend 10 mins staring at a computer terminal to quote me a price for a simple speaker install that he wasn’t even sure about and told me to book an appointment with someone who actually knew about speakers next time. Horrible.

Nice store, the few people we talked to were friendly. However, I probably shouldn't have looked at the most expensive TV there. I went home to watch a movie and ? that old TV just doesn't hold up.

I got an Asus Tuf A16 advantage edition laptop around a month ago, and even though the original one I got had hardware issues, I was able to return it and get a working one with no problem. Employees were pretty knowledgeable and helped me find the best laptop for my budget.

Great selection of solid state drives and computer components. Will gladly price match competitors, even though they’re usually the best deal in town. Must visit if looking for computer parts. Talk to Michelle or Jason if you need anything - thyere extremely knowledgeable. // UPDATE: This location has terrible policies regarding recycling - Gustavo quoted a non existant state law regarding TV recycling charges and then got several of their own policies wrong when asked which "state law" mandated this fee. Avoid store at all costs.
