I came here and got my tires changed and an alignment done. I had to come back later that day after I got my car back because it was wobbly and driving with a lot of vibration. So then I take it back in, they tell me they let a training person balance the tires so it was unbalanced and then I had to take it back in again for a 3rd time because It was completely misaligned and all 4 tires were still unbalanced but supposedly they did an alignment the first time. Manager Eric was acting like I was being unreasonable for being upset coming in 3 different times because they didn't do what they said first 2 times. And supposedly on my 3rd trip in they tell me I have a bent wheel which I didn't before and they failed to report my first 2 time there. So I paid for work that they didn't do the first 2 times and they bent my wheel and will not make it right. Highly suggest going somewhere else if you're able to because apparently they have no communication between the technicians and I don't think they really know what they're doing there. I was offered no kind of discount. Terrible customer service.

Called and got a same day appointment on a Wednesday morning. Everything was completed within the time stated if not early. There is a screen in the lobby that provides current status of your vehicle. Thank you for the professional service.

Had a damaged tire that was losing air fast. Got to Bell Tire on Jackson Rd. In Ann Arbor. They were swamped. Was told it could be a 3 hour wait. The very nice service guy told me he would do all he could to get me going sooner. (I think his name was Hamus. ) Sure enough an hour later I was on my way, tire repaired and no charge. Service guy couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful or courteous.

I took my truck to get a front end alignment and they informed me that they could not do that work unless I fixed my left front wheel bearing. I have an older truck with older parts. While they had it, on their lift in their bay, I asked if there were any other parts that would hinder the front alignment from being done next time I bring the truck in. They said no, that after the wheel bearing was fixed they would have no problem doing the front end alignment. I had the bearing fixed by a family friend who is a licensed master mechanic (friend does not have that equipment/bay to do the front end alignment). I came back to Belle Tire one week later (after the bearing was fixed) and was informed that the company could not do it (once again) this time because the adjustment sleeve was frozen. Both times I brought the truck in, they had the truck for almost 3 hours, wasting my time and causing me to take unnecessary time off of work. My master mechanic informed me that pretty much every vehicle in Michigan will have the same issue due to rust and that it is a common/simple issue. To end all of this they were rude, unwilling, unhelpful and told me that i was "not able to be pleased as a customer". In short, I would avoid going here at all cost and take your business elsewhere.

I set a 9AM appointment to install a full set of new tires and my vehicle wasn’t on the lift until 10:30. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. After the tire work is completed they automatically check alignment, so if you don’t want/need that done tell them ahead of time to save you the extra hour it took (my car was off the lift at 11:30, wasn’t finished until 12:30). My drivers door panel, steering wheel and radio volume knob was filthy from them. 3.5hrs seems excessive when you set an appointment and pre-pay. I recommend you plan ahead, allot half a day or try elsewhere. I will not use this location again.

This is a great Belle Tire location. Eric E., Chris W., and the other staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The work done on my car was prompt and done well. I would certainly do business with them again!

John Hubbard and his team were fantastic! I dropped off a tire with a nail in it and they were great at handling the repair. I slso happened to be due for a tire rotation and they were able to accommodate that as well. I very much appreciated the efficiency of the time factor, so that I didn’t need to come back the following week to rotate tires!

Five stars! Really great experience, from top to bottom. I had gone from shop to shop with an issue, and these guys came to the rescue. Deangelo went above and beyond to make it happen. From the swift check-in and a much-shorter-than-expected wait time, to the excellent customer service and work done, it was stellar. Will definitely be back!
