Horrible. Brought my car in. I asked them to check my battery because it stalled. They lied and said the battery was bad and the new battery would be $540! Aaa came out to look said my battery was great and it may be my alternator. They just didn’t want to look at my car cause they were having a rough day. It horrible to try and take advantage of a woman not knowing what they are going through. I’ll never come back.

Poor service and dirty car inside from the workers touching the inside without washing their hands after not fixing the tire which was totally fixable. They just wanted me to buy a new tire!! They wipe there dirty hands that touched the dirty road tire and then wipe it on their cloths and then get in your car to move it and that gets transferred to your seats and steering wheel and door handles. Poor service all around!!

I go past another Belle Tire and a Discount Tire to get my tire services here, but recently I was disappointed by their refusal to fix a flat. I was told it was unfixable due to it being on sidewall. It was actually on the tread and I safely and successfully fixed it myself later that day. They did not offer to replace the one tire after I said I could not afford a whole new set that they had strongly recommended. I felt like it was up-selling and felt insulted, I'm sorry to say

Bad customer service. I have attempted to have two rear wheels put on my car three different days and due to system failure and or bad communication within store I have given up. Wasting peoples time is disrespectful.

Do not go here if you know nothing about cars or car repairs!!! Came here to get a vehicle inspection report for Uber. The guy says I have 2 millimeters of brake pad that would probably pass at other places but not here. Then he says he can do my brakes for $750!!! Also I was going to get a report for Lyft as well so he charged me $50 instead of $25 even though he failed my car. He said $25 per inspection pass or fail even though there was only one inspection. Highway robbery is what my elders called it. If you go here, you will end up paying for more than what you came here for. Only my rear brakes needed to be done. So why $750? I paid an honest tire shop $360 to do what really needed to get done. Scam. Scam! SCAM!!!!

I had the most annoying problem with my tires, losing air randomly. The tires that I have are nowhere near ready to be replaced. I was really worried about where to go because as a single woman I don’t want to get ripped off. These guys fixed the problem perfectly at no charge and were really kind and quick in the process. I will most definitely be going there for new tires.

Hi, I ordered tires ? for a Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The tires they were shipped were not LT tires. The manager called me and said they received the wrong tires ? and they would reorder. I had a price point of $1000. The manager assured me they were my price point. The tires ? came in I really like them. They installed the tires ?. About a week later I had a 70 mile road trip on the highway. I noticed a Bibration starting at 60MPH and getting worse with increased speed.
The manager calmly come back in and they would check them. A couple were of by an ounce. Corrected the issue. Tries are great. I am very pleased. I have never had store do so much and professionally. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tesla Owners Beware! After scheduling a tire rotation I still waited 45 min before they came out telling me I needed an alignment. By the time I got my Car it was a full 90 min after my appointment. They never put the car in service mode and my battery has been drained due to them cranking the climate. Best part- while driving home the car starts pulling heavily to the left..so I have to turn around and have them fix it AGAIN. 30+ minutes later they inform me that they had it in the wrong "setting". Thanks for wasting my time BelleTire I will not be returning.
